3rd may = 167 lbs (-1.2, yeh less than 12 stone)
10th may = 165(- 2lbs) scale did go down to 164 in the week. must be h2o retention or summat cos i havnt had a bad day at all
17th may =162.6 (- 2.4)
24th may =160.2 (- 2.4)

only 1.5 lbs till im no longer obese and into the overweight zone. slim

It seems now that i have stopped losing weight. I am a little dissapointed because my total calories in a day are low. However, there isn't much progress.

I usually eat after 4.0 o'clock in the afternoon, one main lunch about 1200 cal During Mon-Fri i don't go to the gym because i haven't enough time. I am exersicing only during Weekend. :cool:

22 May=175, lost 1#, this was my birthday weekend...so lots of food and ICECREAM CAKE...mmmm yummy cake... but i still managed to lose 1# I'm happy about that. This week should be hard, I'm going out to eat wednesday, thursday and saturday and sunday...It's going to take alot of will power and smart menu choices, wish me luck.

13 May= 201 I was pretty sick this week so 5 pounds gone!
20 May= 203 Gained two back but considering how I lost the last five, I'm not suprised. Still down 4 pounds this month in total, I'll take it.

Well, if it was a 1lb a week challenge, i would have been successful, unfortunately, as it stands I only lost half as much as I would have liked, but its still 4lb in the right directiion I guess, up for June now tho!!
