Finally i have lost a pound after some hours in the gym during the weekend. I am glad for this. However, i 'm feeling tired and i wonder if these lost pounds are permanent or i will get them again the next days.:doh:
 
May 2 Week Challenge, Ending.
Oh, how I'm proud of my success this may. From April 26th - May 30th I have managed to shed 18 pounds. I'm feel more and more motivated and I'm looking and feeling GREAT!
Although I did have about 5-6 extra days during this challenge, I'm really proud of my self for changing, succeeding and working hard. It really does pay off!
Coming next month.... BYE BYE PLUS SIZES!!!!

3rd of May = 232.5
7th of May = 228.1
10th of May = 227.9
24th of May = 226.2
30th of May = 222.5

Finish Weight = 222.5

Total Lost in May = 18 Pounds.

07 May= 233 lb (omg, 5 lb drop, i don't know how its possible! probably mostly water weight though)
14 May= 228 (my scale must be broken...i don't believe this)
21 May= 228
28 May= 228 (wtf, i didn't want to plateau this much )

Finish Weight = 228
Total Lost in May= 10

08 May=187.8 (-1.7)
15 May=184.7 (-3.1)
22 May=182.3 (-2.4!)
29th May = 181.4 (-0.9 - TOM)

Finish Weight = 179.5
Total Lost in May= 10lb!

3rd may = 167 lbs (-1.2, yeh less than 12 stone)
10th may = 165(- 2lbs) scale did go down to 164 in the week. must be h2o retention or summat cos i havnt had a bad day at all
17th may =162.6 (- 2.4)
24th may =160.2 (- 2.4)
31st may = 157.2 (-3 ) despite having a biscuit binge midweek

Finish Weight = 157.2lbs
Total Lost in May= 11 lbs :)

Total Lost in May= 6.2 pounds - Yea! (Evidently I can't count - that's why the heading, which I can't change, says 5.2 pounds :) )

Another good month!

Start Weight = 251 - (temporary gain due to free day, no biggie)

06 May= 248 (sick week, but came through ok)
13 May=247 (not as good as I had hoped, but not bad)
18 May= 243 (a 4 pound week! Back on track after being sick)
25 May= 241 (but 240 tomorrow I am sure!)

Total lost so far in May = 10lbs

Finish Weight = 241lbs
Total Lost in May= 10 pounds

I didn't get the extra 2 pounds in the last few days of the month, but hey, 10pounds for the month is nothing to shake a stick at!

Start Weight April 30= 180, goal = 170 by the end of May.

7 May= 177, LOST 3LBS woo hoo!!!
14 May=176, Lost 1#, tough weekend...a big italian wedding with lots of food, and mothers day BBQ...
22 May=175, lost 1#, this was my birthday weekend...so lots of food and ICECREAM CAKE...mmmm yummy cake... but i still managed to lose 1# I'm happy about that. This week should be hard, I'm going out to eat wednesday, thursday and saturday and sunday...It's going to take alot of will power and smart menu choices, wish me luck.
28 May=173, lost 2# (back on track)
4 June =169, lost 4# ( WOO HOOOO I FINALLY HIT THE 60s!!!!!! ) bad part of it is that i'll be going on holidays next week and i know i am bound to gain weight :( ....

I would love to join this weight loss challenge, but its already the end of May, can I do this during June, July and August.

My September fifth .. I have to weigh 285 pounds to start. My doctor is ordering me to do this. He doesn't like how I have polycovarydisease and the complications I am having.
