I Am Up For The Challenge
Hello everybody! I am new here! So please help me. I haven't learned how to move around much on here..... I am going to continue to try.....Since this is an active area I guess..if you don't mind me posting something here...First, I am up for the MAY challenge. I don't have a scale but the last time I weighed I was 254 lbs I gained 15 lbs by being inactive...That is all about to change though thank God! I wanted to know where can I find a good scale that can calculate body fat as well...Does anybody know where I can find one?...Also I need some help with putting meals and snacks together...I am trying to lose as much as I can before 9/27/07, 10/06/07, 10/27/07, and 12/14/07. I cannot and will not be like this anymore. I get tired of lugging fat around. As I stated earlier the last time I weighed I was at 254 lbs. I will be able to weigh myself again May 8th. I hope that everyone reaches their goal!
