Admittingly, I had to arch my back, and stlightly cheated and it was tough...lol....But I did it nonetheless. Strict proper form would have been less to be honest.

It was a bit more than arching the back........lol. I actually got it up......but nearly killed my back--but my back held good---->(thank you deadlifts)

So it reality it dont count in my book......so.......330 is really the one.......because I did this with proper form.
 
Hey, Chillen I got a question for you. You seem to be pretty crazy well at least your stats as far as I've seen are. I weigh in at 185-190 and can bench 260 Idk if you can picture that but about a month ago my body fat was 9.8% but I just say 10%. Anyways I use fitday now and I was wondering if this is efficent for me. My goals are to lose fat and thats it I am content with where I'm at strength wise. 2057 calories 45g fat 277g carb 161g protein. Percents being 20% fat 47% carb 33% protein. First time I've eaten almonds in a while so my fat is kinda high but its good fat right :confused: ? More protein less carbs? Idk im confused because the only person who is really my mentor is my mom and shes a women she says i need more carbs but then again she doesn't have a build like me..Help me please heh

D15: I suggest making your own journal: this way you can impart your feelings, impart your training and dieting, etc, as often as you wish, and it will be your own. Alot of eyes, see these journals, and I think you will get alot of input (me included).

Fit day will work for you. Some like it and some dont. But it will work. If you want more information I have posted some basic information here today:

Good fats in the diet are necessary and important, as are having good ratios of Protein and carbs.
