I love muscle milk for my bulk, I drink 3-4 shakes a day to help with calories, and muscle milk with skim milk and strawberries for PWO. When I take it I don't supplement with fish oils, as the muscle milk will take care of it. The Whole eating fats with carbs, IMO, is over-done. There isn't much research to back it up, a few studies, but nothing in stone. I do, although, agree that fat and carbs in the same meal will help store fat, but it's not as big as everyone says it is, well not from personal experience. If someone had a collection of aritcles or journals I could look at on the topic I would really appreciate it, I love learning new things. But last time I looked into the whole fat&carb thing, it was still up in the air.
