The BS Thread!

Muscle Milk is garbage.
I love muscle milk for my bulk, I drink 3-4 shakes a day to help with calories, and muscle milk with skim milk and strawberries for PWO. When I take it I don't supplement with fish oils, as the muscle milk will take care of it. The Whole eating fats with carbs, IMO, is over-done. There isn't much research to back it up, a few studies, but nothing in stone. I do, although, agree that fat and carbs in the same meal will help store fat, but it's not as big as everyone says it is, well not from personal experience. If someone had a collection of aritcles or journals I could look at on the topic I would really appreciate it, I love learning new things. But last time I looked into the whole fat&carb thing, it was still up in the air.

Honestly, the only thing I have ever used studies for is a general guideline but I can really care less what studies show/prove. In the world of fitness and nutrition there are studies to help initially guide you, yes, however what it all boils down to is what works for YOU.

I have taken on many different approaches to diet and my findings for me any many others I consult with, is that certain body types best respond when separating fats and carbs but again, it's all about what works for YOU.

The best thing to do is closely track your progress to test if the current approach you are utilizing caters to your goals.

seperating fat and carbs never was proven. someone once said be cautious of ppl who claim to have found a new fundamental

Thanks Angelkae! :D

Tony - it was about shoulder length, and layered. That makes me curious... is it just a myth that men prefer longer hair on women (kind of like how they're supposed to prefer blondes)? I guess I've struck out twice, then! Hah! ;)

It just depends on the guy really. I had a friend who loved really long hair, like past your butt. I prefer short hair, no more than shoulder length. I particularly prefer brunettes to blondes, am I weird? :p

I never did get a hold of my buddy Butch over in Columbus. And to be honest, i forgot all about it.

I'm heading over there this weekend, If I dont get a hold of him, i'll go to his house. Its pretty cool going over there, he runs a indy fed in columbus so he has a ring set up in his garage for his wrestlers to practice hehe.

darn it aevans, I want more wrestling information!!! if that means you have to stop working out, then so be it! lol jk - but seriously....

OH YEAH, who you think is gonna win at wrestlemania? cena or HHH?
HBK or McMahon?

Thats a tough call...

Cena is WAAAAY over right now, just like he has been. But Triple H is still the bosses son in law. Its funny how he seems to always land in the main event at mania isn't it...

However, lets consider the facts... people buy PPVs to see Trips lose. They don't need help selling maina, but why not let him have the strap then lose it at a future PPV, like build someone up for the rumble in July.

As far as HBK, McMahon, Its hard to tell what they have planned for that one also. Consider this as an outside angle however...

Since the Montreal Screwjob, Bret Hart has wanted nothing to do with the WWE whatsoever. All of a sudden, when the mania card is announced, he's gonna be inducted into the WWE hall of fame? And 2 of the 3 participants in the screwjob (namely the ones doin the screwin) are in a match... This almost reeks of being a work. In order to put Hart in the hall of fame, McMahon had to get him to sign one of those legend contracts, making "The Hitman" gimmick his for the rest of their lives. Thats why you won't ever hear of the Honky Tonk Man in there. He won't sign the contract. See his website for the story. Hart is far from done physically, he can still go. I see an angle where he interferes in the match and starts working with Shawn Michaels, playing the screwjob angle..
