Well well well, wrestlemania results are in. Whadda ya know, RVD is finally gonna get his push...

They let him drop that lame ass stoner gimmick, put him in a good match with a great finishing high spot (The 5 star frog splash off the ladder was cool!) and now hes on his way to a title shot...

all I can say about that is ITS ABOUT FRIGGIN TIME! Hes a great preformer and deserves it.

Rey Rey winning the title made me happy too, it wont be long until he loses it though, maybe even to HHH :D.

Yeah and i deliberately avoided these forums so that i wasn't risking getting spoiled on here...I saw Wrestlemania about an hour ago and i gotta say that i was disappointed. Way overbooked and everything was just too rushed. What the hell was the point of the stupid pillow fite sht, i actually thort that they cancelled this match but then when i saw that bed in the ring i just said - what the fk is this...Er, booker vs. boogyman - i knew this match would be ****e but i didnt think it be this bad, so why not just put put booker in the ladder match, cancel finlay out of it and cancel the pillow fite crap. They would've freed up a good 15 minits and made the world heavyweight title match longer - I was disappointed at this match and the ladder match because they were so short and u knew from the start that the ladder match was gonna be short the moment they started pulling out the highspots early. I'm just happy that rey won because what this does now is that it has given a chance to EVERY wrestler in the world (excluding "juniors/minis") at being a main event superstar. Ten years ago if you said that the world champ of the biggest wrestling company in the world was gonna be 5'4", 165Lbs the other guy would've just laughed in your face. Times have changed for sure. And yes, rey's title run will be short. I actually thort he'd drop it to Orton but he now has a legit 60 day suspension so rey could hold the belt for an extra couple of months than i thought. I give WM 3/5

I'm just waiting for MNM vs. The Mexicools - that fued would be awesome and man, there is really no other tag teams that are at the level MNM are at although london/kendrick, Knoble/Kash or mexicools vs. MNM would be awesome.

Yep Randy got suspende alright. Details havn't leaked on the internet as to why but it sure does suck. I've read that he's an asshole backstage so it could be anything that he did i spose.

aevans do you know anything about orton's suspension?

btw, is it true that Hulk Hogan and Flair hate Bret Hart? I heard they didnt shake hands at the Hall of Fame induction.

Mexicools are great. they really know how to execute great high risk moves, and they are good performers. id love to see them destroy MNM.

Looks like mexicools are out and London/Kendrick are in with the MNM fued which is just as good.

More on Orton...

Some more details have become available regarding Randy Orton's recent 60 day suspension from WWE. According to reports, Orton's conduct backstage at WrestleMania 22 came into question and that he violated a rule (possibly the dress code) that made it seem as if he didn't care because "he is Randy Orton." That is initially the way it come off to many wrestlers and WWE staff.

Many within the company continue to question Orton's maturity level and that he continues to carry himself as a full blown main eventer in the company. Some wrestlers have described Orton as always bragging about how he is "god's gift to women" and showing blatant disrespect towards women around wrestlers. Others have described Orton as being someone directly opposite of a locker room leader and some are hoping this minor suspension will wake him up to his surroundings.

It should be noted that Orton is not well liked at all in the SmackDown locker room and The Undertaker (who is one of the locker room leaders on SmackDown) reportedly despises Orton. Veterans on both the RAW and SmackDown brand that have been around Orton also don't like him as well. Individuals such as Ric Flair and Kurt Angle have even made it clear on many occassions that they don't like the way Orton handles himself. The general feeling is that WWE management making the decision to suspend Orton shows other wrestlers that even top guys can be punished for the way they act.

To make movies...Let's face it, he's a big shot now and doesn't need WWE. Making movies has taken him further than wrestling was ever going to and as long as he's demanded in hollywood he will never come back to wrestling full time. And even if he wasn't you'd think that he'd made enough money in his life already to live without working by now. I expect he'll show up sometime for special appearances but that's all we're gonna get.

The last time he was at a live wwe event was on an edition of RAW in august 2004 when he showed up for a segment for the raw diva contest. He was in the ring with the divas for about 20 minits just talking on the mic and doing what he wants and the crowd loved it. No one can carry a mic or the crowd like the rock can.
