Music doesn't have lots of effect on me. In fact I always have to fight against being TOO psyched up. With classical, metal or no music, there's no difference.
 
i train at home alone and dont listen to anything. i just usually open the window to have some sort of sound/noise so its not totally quiet.
 
Oh yeah, another candidate:

generic slow songs. The kind you hear while shopping at the supermarket-- the crappiest stuff from the 90's. I'm talkin Phil Collins, here.
 
pretty good college games yesterday: usc-nd, penn state-michigan.

our lsu tigers beat flordia despite 5 turnovers and a huge amount of penalties. should move up this week in the polls :)
 
I dunno about all of you, but usually I HATE getting a massage.. But this one girl offered and I accepted :D and holy cow.. WOW, it like hurt but felt so good. I've determined it hurt soo good lol, my back was sore and cramping and now it's perfect.. Anyone else ever get a sick massage...?
 
metal always gets me pumped up, but i usually listen to what the gym is playing. but really, i don't listen, because if i do, i'll get into it and it'll ruin my tempo lol
 
just read that van halen might be considered for the next season of that show "rock star". the show that had INXS or however its spelled on it

INXS sucks anyway, they're lucky to get their music played on 80s stations, just goes to show ya that they'll give a reality show to anyone :D.

exactly what i thought. i'll admit i'll watch it. wonder how drunk eddies gonna be. david lee roth should have a field day with this with his new radio gig.

its said they also considered alice in chains but jerry cantrell said no.

i guess a van halen behind the music would be next. ;)
