Nice new avi Matt. Rum makes me blackout so I try to stay away from that. I'm jealous Angela, I want to go somewhere hot!!! I was supposed to go to Nova Scotia this weekend but I stayed back cus 1. I don't have the money and 2. I wanted to hang with my bf. Unfortunately things are looking rather blue in the bf department... but hey hey I still got my money right?

Oh yea... I feel the NEEEED to share my joy about my weigh in this morning. 138.6 lbs HOLY S***!!

Oo, oo, oo. I just had a "weight loss moment". Can I share?!?!

Ok, so I was walking in the chem lab at work and sorta caught my reflection in the mirror. I did a double take! It was the first time I really noticed a change in my appearance. It's strange. I look much slimmer than I did last time I was this weight (just last month :( ). But now that I have 206 to compare to, 196 looks a lot better than I thought!

It was very VERY motivating to actually notice a change. Yeah!!!!

And when's my Jamaican vacation? Sheesh. I'm stuck babysitting kids this weekend. Doesn't sound like as much fun as Dirty Bananas on the beach...
 
the whole time i was reading your post i thought your avi was one of those white face monkey things. it's a cat ahhhhh i seee... duhh.

And I'm soo happy that you got a nice boost of motivation today. I look in anything that makes a reflection... I do notice I look slimmer, but I don't think I look that much slimmer, probably because I used to suck my stomach in everywhere I walked. Now I dont :)

Does anyone else scarf down food, or is it just me? I swear it took me 2 minutes flat to wolf down a small bag of 90 cal rice cakes. And about 3 minutes to devour a pear! Shit man.

Happens to me quite frequently if I've not been eating enough. I find that if I get the majority of my calories early in the day I eat less - and slower - the rest of the day. If I eat light or skip a meal - I'm like a freakin Hoover vacuum!
