I just saw that Mal started a July weight loss challenge. Do we join up with that one or start our own? I'm thinking we join that one and make it a point to add our own (ahem) style to it. What do you guys think?

With all the ups and downs you've had this month, plus vacation, plus two hell weeks at work, and you still pull of a half pound loss. You are running now, and it's summer, so extra temptations. Don't put yourself down for what you see as limited success. July is going to kick ass.
