Weight-Loss The Amazing Race Challenge Weight Loss Warriors Team

Weight-Loss
500 exercise minutes from me for this week! I hope it was enough!

I'm sorry for the delay in posting. I am out of town, not to return til Monday. I had to work out a way to get this posted at all.

I will be eating kiwi each day this week.

I'm so sorry for gaining a bit! :(

I exercised more than enough, but the scale worked against me!

If I did my math right, we lost 2.0 pounds as a team, so we should still be ok.

I'm sorry to let you guys down!!!

The two nonelimination weeks have now been used. We have to up our game, as now every week will be elimination!!

I hope we are all getting it done this week!

I will for sure complete my exercise, but I don't think I will be going much over.

Is everyone else getting their full 6 hours & 2 minutes?

If not, let me know and I can arrange extra! :)

I know! I am anticipating a loss tomorrow (FINALLY! :)), because I stepped on the scale to check this morning.

I'm sure we'll be fine! :)

I'm doing the green tea for next week's detour.

Yes I was able to complete it.
Sorry, I didn't update in real time this week. But good news is, I lost another 2 lbs!

Can't weight to see if Amber lost too, that would be nice!!

Sure, I lost...0.2 lbs. Yippy? Sorry, guys, but at least it was a loss, right?

I did eat my kiwis! 16 over the week. I really like 2 kiwis sliced into my strawberry yogurt with 1/4 cup of cinnamon pecan special k on top. I've been having it as breakfast (and once, when no left overs were available, for lunch) every day. I was having the same but with a banana before this week. I like it as much with kiwi as I did a banana.

This week, I'll be doing the tae kwon do. I hate green tea.

Yes you're right, it's still a lost! It's better losing a little than gain a little :)

I see you like kiwis. I think I love them as much as you love stinky salmon :)
I ate them, but it almost made me gag :p I tried once to put them in the blender with banana, strawberries and milk. It tasted good, but I coughed for half an hour, felt like something was stuck in my throat. And yess I removed the skin of the kiwi!!I guess I'm allergic :ack2: hehehe

I'm looking at the bags of green tea right now... and I think that we'll both do tae kwon do :)

Don't worry about the small loss... I think we should be fine... my warrior side just went lurking in the other threads, and we should be ok :coolgleamA:

I, too, have been lurking about...

According to my calculations, we should be good to go! Yay!

A loss is a loss, Amber! You still helped out the team!

:D

We're on third place again!! not bad!! Go WLW go!! whoohoo!!
We need good numbers again this week :)

YEAH WLW!!!! :D

For easy reference:

Week 5—Auckland to Seoul 19hrs 15min. 6hrs25min split 3 ways

1. Drink 1 cup of green tea per day (must be from tea leaves or a tea bag—not the bottled sweetened kind) or 2. Do all 15 of the Tae Kwon Do how-to videos below once over the course of the week.

From what I understand, Jerome and Amber are doing the Tae Kwon Do, while I am drinking the green tea. So we are good on our bonus points! Yes!

Now we just each need 6 hours, 25 minutes / 385 minutes of exercise! :D

I can do more if anyone needs the extra minutes!
