Brandy, I'm not sure what you were caculating to be 40% , but really all you need to MAKE SURE you do is 25% (thanks to V). I just realized that I am five min above 25%. Please make sure you have five hours done as I am not sure if/when I'll get the exercise in. Technically if it's after midnight, it doesn't count for me, so I wont be sure! Thanks girls and thanks V so much for carrying a lot of our exercise :).
 
got in another 55 min last night at work. I am amazed at how much I was able to do being on my crappy schedule. Hopefully we get the full exercise. Sorry I couldn't do my third of it but hopefully since V is covering our butts so much we will be ok! Good luck on weigh in girls!
 
Another good week for the blue crew. Let's keep it going. I got in 2 hours of exercise yesterday and will be doing another hour on the this morning. We're having the big b-day party for my daughters today. Their birthdays are 11 days apart so we just throw one big party. I'll be on my feet all day today so although that wont really count as exercise I think I'll be burning a lot of calories today.

Hey girls, sorry I was gone most of last week and didn't update as much! I'll be better about this this week. Brandy, I just now read through the thread and saw that you sprained your ankle. I hope you are feeling ok, but don't stress it out by working out. I'll be sure to get a good chunk of exercise in this week as I'm back to a NORMAL schedule starting tomorrow morning!

anyway, I'm going for the kiwi (obviously)....I forgot how good these things were!

Hi Girls,

Just checking in. Hope you are both having a good week. I'm up to 5 hours of exercise and have been eating my kiwi. I probably strayed the furthest from my program this past weekend, but have regrouped and hopefully by the end of the week will show no damage done.

We had another good showing this past week. 2nd place. Not bad at all. Actually pretty darn good. In the first 3 week we lost a combined total of 15.3lbs. Let's keep on adding to that total.

Today I'm going to get in some last chance workouts. Yoga, Pilates, 45 minute walk, and strength training for starters.

aye weighed in this morning at 122. damn TOM. I was lower yesterday, but i hate seeing it rise so much in a day!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrr
 
Sorry girls. I weighed extactly the same this morning as I did last week so I had no weight loss to add to our points. We did kick some butt on the exercise though. Good job with that. Keeping my fingers crossed that we don't get eliminated because I didn't lose this week.

Oh well, we did great girls, just fell a little short with the weight loss this week. One team didn't complete the detour but because they had the highest weight loss for the week they were automatically safe leaving us at the bottom for elimination. We should still be proud of what we accomplished.

Are you up to continuing for the second chance portion of the challenge? Whatever you girls decide is fine with me. I know you both have busy schedules.

BUMMER!!!! I thought we did well! I don't mind whether or not you want to keep going. Its up to you two. I would be fine either way.
 
Girls, good luck in the parallel competition! Don't lose enthusiasm, it is so much more fun to lose weight this way!
 
You just keep doing everything as you normally would have. The only difference is that your stats don't get figured into the rest of those still in it. Keep updating as you would--only there's no deadline now. Just make sure everything's up to date by the end of it, so I can total up your pts. There aren't any bonus pts for which place you come in each week weight wise, and I'll be giving out pts for weight loss percentage instead of actual lbs lost.
