OMG, I love Indian! I always go for the butter chicken. It isn't spicy. If you want spice, I recommend a vindaloo. :drool5:

Jeff made the butter chicken on Wednesday... it was awesome and the calorie count wasn't to bad... the macros probably could have been better but it was so delicious.
 
Just to round out the week... got another 110 last night so...

Team total = 1326/1130

now I have to go add my totals and update my chart.

Edit: I just went to check thru this post to add up my minutes and I realize that I went to the gym last Friday and never added those minutes so our total is actually 1436 for the week... and ladies I'm sorry about such a shitty weigh in this morning... with the exception of last weekend I ate well this week and worked my butt off... literally I hit the gym harder this week than any... so either I'm not eating enough or I'm eating to much... I'm feeling kinda blue about this:(

don't worry bout it BG. a loss is a loss. i only saw a loss of 0.8 today for the week whereas duringthe week i've been seeing around 2lbs so it just depends on the mood of the scale. you will have lost more. the scale doesn't want to admit it ;).

we rocked the excercise so we should be ok as long as we all get our info in on time. :)

Hey guys, I've been stepping on and off the scale all day today hoping for a better weigh-in, but it's the same, just 164.

I know I've had a few bad days (especially with the weekend at my mother's), but this is just not fair. I've made sure my workouts were hard - except for the swimming I did at the hotel pool - it was a back and forth thing in a pool that was probably 10 ft. long (sad excuse for a pool really - and if 10 ft is long for a pool, then it was shorter than that! :biggrinjester:)

Anyway, I will totally keep my calories in check - no more than 1500 this week. And I will make sure not to eat any junk at all, we'll see what happens then. I get so irritated with this.

BG - I know just how you are feeling!

Angel - good for you for seeing any loss!! And for being so upbeat about it. :)
 
guys we just scraped through that week. lets hope we all get a better weigh in this week. i think we deserve a better weigh in after all the hard work we've been doing ;)! i'm having kiwi everyday just incase i don't have lamb. had kiwi today and yesterday. the thing is kiwi doesn't last in this house so may have to buy some more tomorrow or monday lol.

SP - i'm planning on having 1500 again this week. and lots of water. i didnt do that last week so hopefully should be a better weigh in this week.

anyway 90 mins excercise today and yesterday

I saw some of the losses in the other threads. How is it so easy for some, but so hard for others?

Anyway, I'm not giving up!

Just got done with the elliptical (55 min.) and I'm going to do some resistance band workouts later on.

Sorry you're struggling to shed the lbs despite the hard work. Because you're working out so much, you might have better luck at the scales if you eat a bit more. I know this sounds counter-productive, but when you're pushing your body harder, it needs more fuel to run on. Otherwise, you could slow down your metabolism. I just did a re-feed to boost my metabolism which was sluggish from so much dieting. Try adding 100 calories a day and see if you get better results. :)

BG--your man makes Butter Chicken?? I want the recipe!!! :drool5:

I don't know about BG and Angel, but I know my cals were up this past week. It didn't do me any good. :( I am definitely going to have to play with my numbers. And hope for the best!

This morning I stepped on the scale and was down another 1/2 lb, so why couldn't I be down for Friday's weigh in?? :banghead::banghead: Darn it all.
 
hmmm maybe i should up my cals. gonna try and drink a lot of water this week and see what happens though first cus last week i was rubbish with water.

I got in 90 min. yesterday.

I'm not sure I will be able to exercise tonight or tomorrow since my sister is coming soon and she will be here all day tomorrow. Just wanted to give a heads up in case anyone feels like getting in more exercise. :) I will try though.

KB.... 60 (i swear the instructor doubled the intensity last night)
morning walk.... 25
afternoon walk - happening in 1.5 hours from now - 25

eam total = 525/1085

hey hows it going ladies?? i really hope we have enough weight loss to get through to the next week. i'm looking forward to it lol ;)

i've just done some escercise on the elliptical/bike so todays total = 140mins

team total = 790/1085
 
BG - I know exactly how you are feeling about losing steam. I'm starting to feel it too. But hopefully for me it's just these last two days. Of course the sun is out now. :)

Angel - I hope that it's just a temporary gain and by the end of the week your weight will be down. It works that way sometimes, right?

I'm going to go get in some exercise as soon as I get in dinner - I have to go pick up my oldest ds from driver's ed here soon.

Oh and I've been eating a kiwi everyday. :)
