Just got in 50 more min. Even though I didn't need them all - so if anyone needs them, they're yours. :)
 
Even though I hate excercising during my period, I will definitely be gung ho for exercise this week.... let's show everyone else where it's at:)
 
You know it BG! I think it's really helped me with the weight loss. I am surprised to see that I've lost 2 lbs this week. Usually I'm a 1 lb at the most kind of loser. :p

Hey guys, we never decided who would do the roadblock, but I've already watched the 1st 4 vids and did the 4th one. It was cool. I don't know what the other movements bring, but I'm all in for this one. If we all do it, that's cool too. Just want you to know I got your backs!!! :D

sweetie-only one of us has to do the roadblock so whoever finishes it first can tell us all ;)

we got through the first week!!! :hurray: now to get through this one. hehe

Not too bad of a placement! I just hope I keep losing weight, because usually it's hard for me to lose one pound.

Anyway, just stopping by to let you know that I have completed the Capoiera videos. It was quite entertaining and a bit challenging. Even though I've done martial arts before, this was definitely different. It requires a lot of balance. I might try some of the other moves as well just to do it. :)

I also got in some ab work and toning via the self-challenge workout. Plus I will be working out this evening after my basketball banquet. Just letting you know in case you thought I fell off the exercise ball. ;)
 
good for ou sweetie!!!! now we just got to get the rest of the excercise in. i was thinking we could do a running total kind of thing until we get to our goal. so as a team how much we've done.

i've done 190mins so the team total is 190mins/1005mins

just copy and paste with your added time until we get to our goal total. just have to remember that none of us does more than 50%=502.5mins. ;)

Dang girl, you are rockin' and rollin' with that exercise! I definitely need to get out my dance pad so that I can burn some calories the fun way.

I just got in 50 min. on the elliptical + 40 min. this morning + 10 min. on Friday, so I will add my min to the total.

Team Total = 380mins/1005mins
 
Just did 30 min. will go downstairs and get some more done on the treadmill so the stats will change soon. :D

Now I'm finished with the treadmill - and instead of making a new post, I'll just edit this one. Did 40 more min!

Team Total = 560/1005 mins

Unfortunately I did not make it to the gym last night... I got a bad headache around 3:30 that left me feeling quite nauseated so I went straight home and jumped into bed when the Tylenol never kicked in.... but between walking last night and this morning I logged another 55 minutes... but the gym tonight for certain!

Team Total = 615/1005 mins
 
Also I got a new scale since I'd been using the one at my boyfriend's place and had yet to get one for mine... stepped on last night after dinner and it said 195... usually I'm 3 pounds heavier at night after eating and drinking all day long... so I figured that if my new scale was correct it's quite possible that Jeff's scale is off about 2lbs since I've been weighing in between 190-192.... this morning it said 194.6... I'm going to observe my weight for the next few days but still use Jeff's scale for the weigh-ins until I get things sorted out.:(

i had the same problem...well i got a new scale and it weighed me in at 5lbs more than normal. i changed to it just before the challenges lol. just keep using the sam eone for the challenges...scales aren't accurate...they just show loss or gain really....if that lol!
