Cassy you d/ld the yoga and you tell me how or show me, i really want that beyond yoga...

you need to download a BitTorent client, I use this one .
then you can either google "(name of dvd,song,cd etc.) torrent". or you can just go to a specific torrent web site like
OR another site by typing in torrents in google and picking one.
then you put the title in their search bar and you'll get a list. try to find one that best matches your search and is in the right format (it will say something like movie, DVD or tutorial beside the title)
click on the title it will bring you to the download page just click "DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT"
your bit torrent client should automatically pop up and ask you to start the download.
Once the download is finished you just have to open the containing file and play it.
If you have any trouble just let me know :)
 
Claud:)Im only makin a few changes but yes all those main components are staying....but Im adding a cpl ongoing things and i think In gonna make weight have weekly points as well...

Ya i didnt want eliminations...i think a support thread and all us working as individuals but providing support at the same time will be perfect

I guess I should start working on this and ironing out details as we will be starting soon...I will work on it through the week, maybe have all things posted by Friday...

lol In my head i'm still doing the challange from last week... As of right now i'm just trying to fight a hormonal battle I've been fighting for the last week and a half to get rid of some water weight I'm hanging on to, just so i can start with a realistic number :willy_nilly:

Have we decided on a start date?? Is it gonna be Sunday or Monday? I would definitely like a Sunday start better bc I can get my weight and measurements in for sure bc I'm not rushing to get to school.. But I'm ok with either :) I'm excited!!
 
WAHOO So I went into the spreadsheet that was already made for us and it just kinda confuses me since I need to add in new formulas and stuff. SO NO WORRIES GUYS, I'm going to try and make a new template based off the one we already have. I'm going to try and do it today since I'll probably be out of town this weekend -- AKA - out drinking. HAH! BUT ANYWAY pleaseeee reply soon if anyoen else wants to join in so I can add you to the list! :) YAY

zif it is too much work to add stuff no worries, we can just go based off the old challenge...and the old formula, please dont stress yourself out over it...:hug2:Dont make it be more work than it needs to be...
 
Somethign we can do in the mean time if you are interested...

I created a picture thread for before and afters...

I encourage you all to do it, alot of times other people see what we cant:)

Add measurements as well...even if the weight doesnt come off the measurements do...

1) For most points and winning challenge
2) For most weight
3) For most measurements lost
4) For biggest change in picture
