Weight-Loss The 6 week New Years Challenge Continuation

Weight-Loss
I just realized how glad I am that were going to keep doing this because I suddenly feel absolutely lost without having that chart to record all the work I've done this week lol:sifone:

Hahaha. ME TOO!!

So Monday, the 16th, is when we'll start to log into this new sheet. :D

This will be great!

Ok I'm in but I wasn't in the last challenge so I don't know how it works.. let me know... thanks Ivette

Basically, if you stick to your "diet" (whatever that may be, many people have guidelines of calorie counting, mine is 1500) you get 10 points for the day. If you go over your calories or don't adhere to your food guidelines, you get no points for that day. If you get 10 pts each day, at the end of the week you get a bonus 50 points. You also log each day your workouts, cardio and strength, and the minimum requirements are 4 hours with at least one of those hours being strength.

Hope that helps! :D

Not sure if Relly is running the challenge points the same as the prior challenge, but here are the rules for that challenge, Relly confirm if there are any differences but it sounded like you wanted to keep the same point system:

1. EATING

You get 10 points for each day that you either stick to your alloted calories or stick to your intended plan if you dont count calories. Having an unhealthy snack is permitted if its not part of a loss of control where you're eating over your planned calories or eating nothing but junk for the day. That's when you screwed up and dont get the points.

If you eat clean the entire week (again, snacks are OK but mini binges are not), you get an additional 50 points at the end of the week.

2. EXERCISE

You get 100 points if you work out at least 4 hours per week. At least 60 minutes of that time must include weight training, yoga, pilates or some other form of strength training. You can split up the strength work outs any way you want as long as you do a total of 60 minutes within your 4 hour total weekly exercise.

3. WEIGHT

At the end of the challenge, you will receive 5 points for each pound lost during the challenge. Week to week weight change during the challenge will not count toward additional points.

4. BONUS POINTS

Each week there will be a bonus challenge announced to get an extra 5 points.

hehe, I know it IS exciting!

Just to clarify though, it's not 4 hours of strength. It's a total of 4 hours for cardio and strength for the week. :)

I cant wait to record on the chart again... I feel like I need to record my workout for the day somewhere... lol how bout right here. First thing this morning i did some walking/running on the treadmill for 30 mins, then I walked the kids to school this afternoon for total of 20 mins there and back, then i did 30 minutes of step aerobics and 25 minutes intence yoga... Feeling good today.. i may even throw in 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill tonight :D

ha I wish I could take a class... no i have some dvds... Actually i dont have them as much as i downloaded them ... but i get lots more variety that way without spending a butt load of money

yeah i download them with torrents like music and stuff... i just use google to find reccomended DVDs and if its available i'll download it... definately better then shelling out money for dvds especially since i've deleted a lot that didnt work for me before i found ones I like. could have been a lot of money wasted.

Claud:)Im only makin a few changes but yes all those main components are staying....but Im adding a cpl ongoing things and i think In gonna make weight have weekly points as well...

I am so excited! Oh I do have one question, so everyday do we put our food and exercise log posted on here? Do we just keep track ourselves or do we pm someone with it? Just wondering....
