How is everyone's day going!??! I'm getting ready to go to the gym after class. Quick breather on here to get excited!!
 
Pretty good day for me! Started the day before dawn with an hour and a half of yoga. Then I spent the day running around after kids at Adventure World - my school had an excursion. I made the mistake of going on one of the spinny rides and have felt so incredibly gross since then. Pretty active day.

I hope U are all doing great with your challenge :party: , I wanted to apologize to all of you because u are all doing such a great effort just beeing here and posting all week on diaries, doing your best, and since the challenge started I haven't been able to post anything!! I am really busy with school and my job that I can't even see the computer hehe... anyway I'm hoping to visit every diary and try 2 meet you all!! :svengo: lol... I just need to get to friday night and I'll bee here to make it up to u all.

Just wondered how I add info to the spreadsheet - do I add it myself and then save it or something? Or do I send my details to someone else who adds it onto the spreadsheeT? I've been hunting around for an answer, but can't find it.

Yup go into it and click onthe box you are adding to and put what your putitng in will just be added where you are. make sence.
 
What happens if we get sick in the middle of a challenge and can't participate, do we get kicked out? I think I may have over did it on Tuesday, I exercised, shoveled, then walked 1.7 miles to the grocery store. I've been sleeping a lot and I haven't been getting my water in for yesterday and today. Do I just jump back in when I can?

awww... kerry ... you just dont give yourself the points... and work hard later and like you said... just jump right back in.. but be careful with your body. ^^ make sure you let us know what is going on... or you might be mistaken as m.i.a... and removed from the challenge =T

Just do what you can do.It isnt an elimination challenge adn you can still eat right and drink your water and say go to diaries if ya want more points.

DO what you can do and ease back in when ya can and keep us informed and spread sheet updates with what you have done...Exercise is only one part of the challenge:D

If ya over did exercise you can still do alot of more sedatary things that are still exercise...light yoga and so on lower impact or diff parts of your body or w/e ya know...

Dont give up, the last challenge I worked out to ahrd and two much and was outta commission for abt 4 days and it was an ellimination challenge and i didnt get eliminated....All I can stress is do what you can do!!!

This is a support challenge not an elimination challenge!! If you didn't do well, report it!!! In the 6 week challenge, I had two weeks where I was less than stellar. Dust yourself off, and each day is a new day!!!!!

You can do it!!!!!
 
I've been sick for the last few days and i havent done a lot but ive done some, if your feeling congested from a cold, light cardio is always good for some relief. I'm still sticking to my eating plan and in fact have been waaay under just due to lack of appetite. I like to tell myself there are never any excuses for not doing my best and it usually gets me through...
 
BTW, I thought we were supposed to start posting everything in the "support thread" i keep getting confused between this one and that :willy_nilly:
