Thanks. I started out very strict, lots of water, veggies, fruit, and chicken.

For workouts, well I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old so I had to find something I could do in the house while I'm with them so I've been using the wii fit. There is a step up thing you can do on there while you watch tv so I was doing that and I also got a 3 inch lift for my balance board to make the step ups that much harder. I'm really sweating after the 30 mins. I try to do it a few times throughout the day when the kids are playing.

Thats been about it, I've been sick for 2 weeks so it's slowed me down alot but I'm getting back at it now.

We can definitely push each other. :)

Yes absolutely!

I am married, no kids and work full time. I've started going to gym twice a day since last wednesday accept for yesterday. The reason I work out twice a day is that I cant stay out too long after work. So, I work out for about an hour in the morning and hour in the evening. there's no way i will work out 2 hours in the morning with no food in my stomach..lol.. plus I love my sleep :)

I have been eating veggies, protein, very limited carb and of course water.

My biggest obstacle is eating out. My friend told me to just don't go anywhere (parties or peoples house) until I reach my goal. I feel that's too extreme. I will feel mentally tortured if I do that.

Anyways, I will try to overcome this obstacle and feel free to give me any ideas!

hi Team! Greetings from sunny Kathmandu - although I have a beer in my hand, and its only Midday, I have been pretty good so far and have hit the gym every day (which after the amount I ate in Delhi is a good thing!)

Will be off to ride elephants in a couple of days but rest assured Team Montagu is as important as The Pukka Chukkas! :sifone:

Well done guys, as a team you lost 7.5lbs! Nice job..........if you carry on like this then we will have to make it the 200lb Paddys day challenge!!!!!
Hey Cheif...........too jealous to speak to you. Best you just keep drinking up all that beer :)

For the first while I was scared to go out because if I'm not making the food I have no idea how many calories are in it, but I've decided to just limit myself when we go out and that's worked out alright so far :)
