It took me until Thursday to be able to walk without my legs buckling from Monday's lifting (Oh boy did I overdo it) and then I had a 24hour intestinal bug (which meant I had to skip swim class), and PMS and... ugh. It was just not a good week.
However, I got up today, and felt good, so after a light lunch I did workout B1 from NROLFW. It kicked my ass again, but I remembered to stop before I couldn't physically move the weights anymore. So I'm sore, but it's distinctly "good" sore not "can someone haul me to the hospital now" sore. AND I had a recovery shake afterward. In about 30 minutes I'll find some more protein to scoff, and hopefully have much better recovery this time.
