I've got a really nasty cold right now that just doesn't want to go away, but I've still been eating very well and working out as much as I have the energy to do. I really don't want to see no change at the weigh in lol
 
It took me until Thursday to be able to walk without my legs buckling from Monday's lifting (Oh boy did I overdo it) and then I had a 24hour intestinal bug (which meant I had to skip swim class), and PMS and... ugh. It was just not a good week.

However, I got up today, and felt good, so after a light lunch I did workout B1 from NROLFW. It kicked my ass again, but I remembered to stop before I couldn't physically move the weights anymore. So I'm sore, but it's distinctly "good" sore not "can someone haul me to the hospital now" sore. AND I had a recovery shake afterward. In about 30 minutes I'll find some more protein to scoff, and hopefully have much better recovery this time.
 
Hello everyone, It's Grandma Lynn. I just thought I would drop in to give you all these wonderful chocolate chip cookies I baked just for your team. Oh and there's some nice cold chocolate milk to wash them down with. Now I'm just trying to be nice as I'm sure you have all worked so hard all week and I think you should all reward yourselfs!
 
Too late . We already rewarded ourselves with yummy carrot sticks and a nice walk in the park! lol

Seriously. I've had a good week, not sure the scales will reflect though.... ? Weigh in soon :)

well, despite a rubbish weekend, its been a good couple of days and although I have drunk the Capulets beer, and been tempted by their cake, I am 2 lbs down from Sunday :)

I only have 10 days left before I fly off to my elephants....how are the rest of the Montague's doing????!!!!!!!!!!!!
