My final weigh in result is:
209lbs which means a total loss of 2lbs!
I didn't lose any this week. My calories have been around 1500 per day and I've exercised, so the only thing I can think of is the dreaded plateau. I've been losing consistently a 1lb to 2lb per week over the past 6 weeks, I'll see how next week goes. Good luck to everyone!
