I'm sure I had posted my mid challenge weight already, anyway I'm 209lbs that's a loss of 2lbs.

Thanks HF for the good cheers...6.4lbs is awesome and although I'm happy with that, I know I probably didn't go the right way about losing them and that's where the sadness comes from. I guess it's no biggie, I'll do better for the upcoming week and hopefully there will be another 2 week challenge right after this one ends. You're doing a great job too girl, 4.5lbs isn't too shabby...:p Keep up the good work guys!!

Hi there everyone!!! I had Pizza Hut for lunch today. It wasn't my choice of places to eat out, but I had 2 pieces of pizza and 2 breadsticks. VERY naughty! I am worried about my 'official' weigh-in tomorrow...seems like things keep jumping in the path of my dieting this last week or so. :p

How are you all doing?

Well....I have been perfectly on plan Monday and all today so far. Doing great! I have been doing a ton of work in my landscaping so I am getting lots of exercise!!!
 
Hello fellow DD's

What's happening with everyone so far this week? I'm a strictly once a week weigh in kind of girl! I feel I have lost a little bit more but perhaps my goal of losing 6lbs was a bit ambitious:) I think the thought of a challenge had my competitive side come out as opposed to my logical side which says 2lb per week is my goal for long term weightloss.

I have been doing between 50mins to an hour cardio workout everyday (except Sundays), with resistance training an alternate days. I must admit even though I still have a loooooong way to go I feel the fittest I have in years!

So everyone stay true to themselves, keep moving and lets all get a little bit healthier in the process:)
 
YAY preacher!!!!

I have been sooooooo good! Last night I did have a couple bites of cake, but not a piece...yes...I had company over...that is when I tend to eat off-plan. But despite those bites of cake, I was still in a great caloric range! YIPPEEEEE!!!
 
Final weigh in

My final weigh in result is:
209lbs which means a total loss of 2lbs!

I didn't lose any this week. My calories have been around 1500 per day and I've exercised, so the only thing I can think of is the dreaded plateau. I've been losing consistently a 1lb to 2lb per week over the past 6 weeks, I'll see how next week goes. Good luck to everyone!
