My final weigh in is 210 for a total loss of 4 lbs for the 2 weeks!

That is with Pizza and cake & what not? Sheesh.... I wish I could do that! I even look at a slice of pizza or a burger and I plateau for a week. :(

Yep...I was suprised myself! I think some of that was water because I have drank gallons the last few days. I think I had retained water for a while and drinking all that helped me get rid of it.

I didn't lose any this week. My calories have been around 1500 per day and I've exercised, so the only thing I can think of is the dreaded plateau. I've been losing consistently a 1lb to 2lb per week over the past 6 weeks, I'll see how next week goes. Good luck to everyone!

Weighed in this morning and have lost 3.8 pounds for the week. Which brings me to a total of 10.2 pounds in two weeks........:eek:

I'm amazed, but then again, I'm really not because I've been doing quite a bit of exercise lately............:D

we've got a challenge starting up today- the biggest loser boys vs girls - check out that thread... :D and we start challegnes pretty regularly :D
 
Thanks guys. I'm quite happy about my lost pounds. I just hope to keep it up. My Nut(ritionist) told me today that 10.2 was a bit much, but o.k. since I really just started this week with some hardcore exercising. She says it will all even out once my body adjusts to it's new lifestyle. I'm still psyched though.....:D

I went thru that at the start -where once i got serious I was dropping 6 lbs a week -- didn't take too long for it to even out - andnow it's been holding steady at 3 lbs a week for the past 4 weeks.. :)

you'are doign so great -you should be so proud of yourself :)
 
people seem to be slow this week - summer and all -- I'm gonna give them til tonite - then if they didn't weigh in - they'll get dropped and i'll go with the scores as is...
 
I'm so sorry I haven't posted--- I was out of town until Friday, and didn't get my cable internet up until this afternoon. And then had work, meh.

So yea-- sorry. Feel free to drop me if you want.

I weighed in at 143, due to lots of hiking on my vacation. :)
