Sorry, guys, I was out of computer contact for the last two days, but I did weigh myself this morning--180 even. Am I too late?
 
I think it'll be okay-- even though I don't make the rules. :)

This is about fun and healthy weight loss-- so I don't think they would get mad (too mad :)) at you for that.

I'm glad your day went better Bep.

I hope all the DDs had success on their first day!

I did NOT take care of myself at all. I had a bran muffin and a cup of coffee for breakfast, and then an 80 calorie sausage sans bread for lunch. At work (I work 9 hour shifts in a cake shop) I missed my break because we were SWAMPED. I wound up eating like ten strawberries. So yea-- I don't want to think about how many calories that is-- I just was so busy!

I don't think it will matter although I don't know.:) Just glad that you weighed in... I was beginning to think you had abandoned us!!:eek:

I'm sorry it's a tough day! Last night was hard for me-- I wound up eating a tiny piece of key lime cheesecake. Everything just sounded so good!

Hope everyone's weekend is going well-- foodwise and otherwise!


I'm doing all right save for some snacking at work-- today should be better. :)
 
I have been losing like gangbusters until this week.... The week I joined a challenge! DOH!

So far, I have lost about 2lbs this week instead of the 7 or 8 I have been losing.

Figures, eh?

I decided to see if I could kickstart my metabolism again and I am eating 5 small portions a day instead of 3 meals, see if it is as good as advertised.
 
Oh why, oh why did I eat that McDonalds and a hand-dipped waffle cone tonight??? Yup...I was with friends. I have such a hard time eating only healthy/low cal foods when I am out with friends. It is my downfall! *sigh*

I have my official weigh-in in the morning. Ugh...I was doing so good before that too. I hope I still managed to loose SOMETHING, but I don't deserve to after what I had tonight!

You did lose something!! The competitive streak in you that needs to beat nemesis won't let you down! :)
 
I guess I am just too pooped at this exact moment to feel VERY competitive...but never fear, Nem shall be VERY afraid tomorrow! :D

Hey team!!! How did everyone end up doing today? I landed well at around 1350 cals for my day with some heavy outdoor work tonight so I feel good about my day!
 
Ugh, the heat/humidity is killing me. I probably sweated off like a gallon of water today, but it's water weight, it'll all come back as soon as the heat index goes back under 105.

And the heat means I haven't been able to force myself to go running, but I'm still working out a little bit in the ol' air conditioning.

How's everyone else?

Went walking in the morning, did a total of 990 calories, and I am down 2 pounds from my start weight in this challenge... so far so good!

I am sure it was posted somewhere, but how often do we need to record our weight for this challenge?
