I'm building a grace period into items 4 and 5 of the bonus challenge so you need to eat your protein and veggies 6 out of the 7 days of the week rather than the whole 7 days. This way if people dont see the challenge posting today they wont miss out, and people wont be de-motivated from one lil slip up.
 
Wow! That's a lot of bonuses!

I was hoping that I could some how get a google spreadsheet like the one we are using so that I could keep using it after this challenge. It REALLY helps me!!
Oh I felt the SAME WAY!!! i love the spreadsheet and would love one to myself too!!! LOL!...let's cross out fingers and HOPE THE "EXCEL FAIRY" drops one on our DOORSTEP!! :iagree:!!!
 
if someone knows how to make a google doc then I am handy with excel but no idea on google docs, or if someone wants to email it to me I can fix it up. Or if you like the one that is already made then it is really easy for her to send you the template and you can change it to suit your needs.

That's an awesome idea! I would love to use the template. It's so helpful!
 
Week 6 is now in the spreadsheet. I also updated it to add in our weight loss points. So when you access the spreadsheet it will be a snapshot of what the points look like in total with the weight loss points (column "K" has our total points including weight loss points).

If you have not entered in your ending weight for week 5 please enter it in to column "BG" so we can have an accurate weight to calculate weight loss points on. Right now I manually typed your ending weight from week 4 into week 5 (shows zero loss) so that the formulas would work. Again, please update at your earliest convenience.

We have some cool challenges this week. Make sure to check them out. I've summarized them on the "Bonus Challenges" tab.

It's the last week of the challenge...time to pull out all of the stops and go big!
 
It just dawned on me when I was putting in week 6 in the spreadsheet.
In total we have lost over 250 pounds!!
And that is a conservative loss since several people have not put in their latest weight!

This challenge has definitely worked...you can't ignore 250 fewer pounds!!

WAY TO GO!!! :hurray:

It didn't work for me either. And how do we figure out the 2/3 of our goal weight protein.

My goal weight is 140 so is my protein goal 93 g?
 
Just want to quickly report a good gym session yesterday including a new Bench Press PB of 95 kg (209 lb), 10 kg more tham my own bodyweight :D

I would love to but I'm heading out of town for the weekend and I won't have any internet. I won't be able to update anything until I get back on Monday!!

Well all, I told Blancita to pull me out of the competition this week. I know I haven't been supportive of everyone the past 5 weeks. I know people have been talking about "people who don't post and support" and I'm one of those people. I don't even post in my own thread; I simply do not have the time. In addition, I see there is a pretty complex bonus point thing going on... I was excited that this challenge was just simple... good for busy people. I barely have time to put food in my mouth, let alone log it...

Anyway, as if that wasn't enough... I spent all last week sicker than shit and spent last night in the hospital. My highest BP was 191/121. Until the doctors can figure out what's wrong with me, I'm not even allowed to exercise.

I'm sure my pulling out will give certain members of this forum plenty to talk about... f*^% 'em! "Love me or hate me...."

Still logged my food for last week.... good luck team 2.

let's finish strong, guys! the competition is almost over and we're all doing SO WELL! im so so so so proud of everyone!! :)

That would seem about right...

I'm doing a little higher than the 2/3 because I'm doing a lot of weight training. I tend to go about 1g per pound (based on my goal weight) because of the weights I'm pushing. Probably also why I'm not really losing much weight either...
 
Hey Paula, we still luv yah! Get well soon, and look after yourself! I hear yah about logging those points, I am really struggling with finding the time now I am back at work.

Did really well today, did a 35 min walk this morning, and then a 40 min circuit this afternoon, nearly killed myself, but I got there.

I won't be getting many bonuses this week, but am finding it pretty easy to stick to my healthy eating and exercise, so that is great!
