LOL I know what you mean.. this challenge has helped me SO much!! I think I would have got off track by now but I'm staying with it bc I don't want to be eliminated and I don't want to let my teammates down! I'm going to be really sad when its over! :(

hi everyone on team 1. I am a quiet participant, so sorry I haven't been on and chatted. Everyone looks like they are doing a great job with the challenge. I have a question about the spreadsheet...should ask Lovelyladyhumps, but figured I will just ask here first. I can scroll up and down but I am not seeing the left and right thingamajig to move it side to side so I can update my information. Is there something I am doing wrong? Never had this problem before...thanks for your help!

I got your PM and responded. I was just in the spreadsheet and checked your row and I didn't see any issues. It seems to be working fine for me. It could be your browser perhaps? I am not sure. Try using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome.

If anyone else having issues?
 
I have that same problem with ie, but not modzilla. (ie on a shared computer at work :banghead:) You can use the arrow keys to move it around, though.
 
Thanks Trops. That is why I don't use Internet Explorer...it sucks!

I'm a die hard Mozilla Firefox fan...have not downloaded Chrome yet but I know it is cool too.
 
Like the previous 2 weeks I have taken the first part of the week off from exercising and now need to step up my game to keep up. This means I will have to work out for an hour for the next 4 days. Shows what I've been up to the last 3 days (nada). I'm off on Fridays so I'll go to the gym in the morning. I already did all my straightening-up so I can get out of here early. I'll work-out on my elliptical for an hour on Sat and Sun and hit the gym again at lunch on Monday. Got it all planned out..gulp..LOL

My eating has been good though, which is maybe why I had no energy to work out :rolleyes:.

Hey team!! Sorry I've been MIA. I have been working my ass off with school and this charity luncheon that is three weeks away. Aagh!! Funny, I quit my job and now I'm even busier!!!

Calories and exercise are good. I got an hour in yesterday in between classes and plan on an hour and a half tomorrow, an hour saturday, another hour on sunday and maybe a rest day on Monday. We'll see!

I've got to go study, I'll try to post more tomorrow!!!
 
I lost 2.8lbs this week!!! Yay!! Very relieved as i thought i hadnt lost so much. I am now at 224.6lbs :D This challenge is totally helping me to stay focused and not get tempted by far too many nice things! The dance mat def helps too!

Target for next week will be a flat out 222lbs :D

Today for lunch I took a 2 hour break and drove to my studio and did 1.5 hours of Yoga 2 with Kelly. I was sweating and trembling, she sure likes variations of Plank and One Armed Plank and Forearm Plank (I'll spare you the Sanskrit). I am SORE from rock climbing and Yoga-ing. Tomorrow is my day OFF exercise!

Going to a CD release party for my buddy Jesse Hiatt tonight! :party:
 
Whassup!! I get my new macbook in on Monday (other laptop went kaput) so I'll be able to update and post here much more often while in between classes. I have 3 hour breaks in between my three classes on M & W (1 online class) so I have nothing better to do than workout, study, or hang out here on the WLF. Yay!

I hope everyone has an amazing weekend and torches some calories!! Go Team Tits!
 
Hey everyone, Im afraid to report Ive had a rough week, not diet wise or really exercise, well with exercise I will manage my 4 hrs and ive done well wiht my water but emotionally ive had the worse week ever.Big emotional break down and dealing with lots of shit but im better now and ready to kick ass next week...My legs didnt feel better fully till thurs so on fri I used the treadmill for 50 mins and I used hte wii fit for 30 mins this morning.I will get the rest of my exercise in this weekend and mon...

All i have been doing is sleeping.I think my body needed a rest.I napped after i came home from work and went back to around 730 8 and slept till i had to go to work after puttin my lil one to bed...anyway...

Im hopin to be back on track.

5 hours on ice today (coaching)...only really probably total of 1 hour good skating..stand around alot when coaching...

Hello all.. just checking in.. eating been perfect! I've decided to start watching my calories.. I'm still not officially counting them just trying to get an idea of what its like and I realized I wasn't eating nearly enough!! So I've been trying to eat more and up my calories! Unfortunately I got on the scale this morning and I was up 2 lbs hopefully it goes back down by weigh in day but if not I'm hoping my body gets used to more calories and I don't gain anymore.. anyways.. I've completed the exercise goal for this week and will have more in the next 2 days.. anyways just wanted to check in hope everyone is rocking!!!
 
Hey guys! got my treadmill this afternoon. I couldnt wait untill the kids went to bed so while they were finishing up dinner i decided i would squeeze in 30 minutes... I'm actually not sure if it does kilometers or miles... it doesn't say in the manual but it said i did .58 i started out slow and worked my way up to 1.8/hr... i'm going to assume it's km since i live in Canada but I did buy it used off someone and on the reciept they gave me it says it was sent from wisconsin... im going to try to look it up.... but yeah ill be using it again once i get the kids to bed.
 
Wow, awesome news Cassey! How does it feel? Is it jerky or good quality. Sounds like you like it so I'm assuming its good.. I love having my elliptical in the house, I just turn on the baby's TV show and she's got toys all around and I hop on it while she's playing around. I would never be able to get in as much work out time without it being right in the home..

I've eaten according to plan all this week so I added most of my points already. After what I will have for dinner, I'll have around 1650 calories left over for tomorrow. I dont plan on blowing it! I am proud of myself, I managed to avoid even tasting this very expensive chocolate cake they bought for someone's birthday at my job last week. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and it apparently cost around $85. There were several delicious cupcakes as well and I just kept it to one carrot cupcake w/ icing. Ohhh yumm just thinking about it now! I'm mad I didn't have more lol!

Thanks to the challenge and my lovely teammates, I have been getting in my exercise since I did nothing the first 3 days of the challenge week haha. But honestly I would've blown it off, especially today seeing as we cleaned the whole house and I mopped the whole thing (luckily H vaccuums, and REALLY thoroughly too I might add). I still hopped on that elliptical pretty right after we finished all that cleaning.. yay me!
