Hey everyone, Im afraid to report Ive had a rough week, not diet wise or really exercise, well with exercise I will manage my 4 hrs and ive done well wiht my water but emotionally ive had the worse week ever.Big emotional break down and dealing with lots of shit but im better now and ready to kick ass next week...My legs didnt feel better fully till thurs so on fri I used the treadmill for 50 mins and I used hte wii fit for 30 mins this morning.I will get the rest of my exercise in this weekend and mon...
All i have been doing is sleeping.I think my body needed a rest.I napped after i came home from work and went back to around 730 8 and slept till i had to go to work after puttin my lil one to bed...anyway...
Im hopin to be back on track.
