Please hang in there and get the rest you need, and deal with exercise when you can--working nights would absolutely KILL my mood, you are a super woman for managing! I hope you stay in the challenge!
Ladies, I'm glad Cassy got a treadmill, Claudia was able to avoid the tempting cake and get her workouts in, and the rest of you are working so hard!
I've kept my calories within range and been ESPECIALLY good about stopping myself from choosing to eat cookies, candy, cake, and too much chocolate. I've been allowing myself just enough chocolate (LOL) and getting my sweet tooth fix from fruit juices and snack with honey in them. My skin is less congested now, so perhaps all that sugar was doing a number on my endocrine system. Either way, I'm also not drinking and MAN OH MAN is it great not to be tired or hung over at all!
My weight this morning was 143.5, which is odd, but I had a salty dinner and a high range day yesterday--also I tend to put on a few pounds close to ovulation before they drop off at about Day 20. I'm not too worried because I know what I'm eating; however, I also predicted a gain or stabilizing of my weight since I dropped weight so fast last week. Patience, is what it takes. I'm kinda shocked that we're only half way through--it seems like we've been on this challenge for slightly longer! LOL
My respiratory infection and coughing fits while trying to sleep have made me tired and unable to perform much cardio exercise. I'm getting better, though, and looking forward to running again!
