Thanks Relly! I was more saying I feel stupid because I couldn't seem to diet on my own, I needed a (no offense at all Claudia) forum challenge to make me manage :eek:
 
YAY!!! Team TITS!!! You guys are amazing!!! This challenge is helping me immensely!....I am as of Friday taking Yoga classes 90 mins. and as well as of Friday taking Spinning classes at the gym....YOGA 3-4 times a week and Spinning 2 times a week, and the rest varied workouts.

I started drinking shakes again for Poo Babies....WOOOHOO...clean that COLON, and I am drinking at LEAST 2 gallons of water a day & green tea as well! I am taking a multitude of Vitamins, and stopped eating after 7:00pm, though my stomach does grumble late night....but OH WELL.,, SMASH it :smash:...I'm trying to limit the Red Meat as well....focus more on fish and chicken....!! :D:!!!
...I'm doing stairs at work and am carrying my arm ropes in my purse at all times as well....!!! This week,.....TOM was here...so my weight stayed the same....NOT BAD...as long as it didn't go up....I should see some loss next week!

Hey, Teamies. Today I decided to smash it out of the park. I wen trunning and did 10.5 miles in 90 min. :smash: (This is my second favorite, Val. My favorite would be :biggrinjester:)

Food is spot on, if just a bit on the light side. Unfortunately, water was lost yesterday. I need to get 3 letres in and I dont' think I got half that. :( Oh, well, I'm getting 220 this week for sure.

WEll suddenly i think i'm on the right track again... calorie wise anyway... so far im at 1075 calories and it's 7:45PM theres no way i could consume nearly 1000 calories by 11... unless i drink my ass off and down a few chocolate bars... but i dont think I'll be doing that lol...

I've definately decided i'm lowering my calories to 1800 wich technically I can have started 2 days ago since ive been well under these last 2 days... I'm only losing about a pound maybe a pound and a half per week and thats on weeks my calories are lower anyway... dropping 200 calories shouldnt be a big problem since im usually under anyway...except when i'm goind craving crazy, but i'll deal with that when i get to it :p

still dragging my butt when it comes to excersize but at least i'm forcing myself to do it... I'm looking into some other things i can do to spice up my excersize life so hopefully I'll find something to keep me going for at least a little while

I've been mostly posting in my personal diary but just wanted to jump in here and say that I am doing my part. Been working out like a mad woman and I'm on a mission to reach my goal weight. Nuffin gonna stop me!!

2009 is the year I wear a bikini again!!! I'll post a picture when I get to 135lbs!

I have been MIA the past few days. I'm home for the week so I've been superrr busy but still on track. I see we're winning. WOOHOOO GO TEAM 1!!!

I've only been mainly doing cardio. Hopefully I can step it up a bit tomorrow. :)
 
Haven't started my exercise yet for Week 3, but I will get started at the gym tomorrow afternoon. Today I had less than 1600 calories so doing well there. I dunno, the discipline of this challenge seems to have rubbed off on us and sort of created a bit of a habit for us all it seems..its getting easier..

Easier?:ack2: I think if it wasn't for the threat of being eliminated I'd dive into a giant chocolate and peanutbutter cake, and yes, I know exactly where there is one. :svengo:

LOL I know what you mean.. this challenge has helped me SO much!! I think I would have got off track by now but I'm staying with it bc I don't want to be eliminated and I don't want to let my teammates down! I'm going to be really sad when its over! :(

I went to my first ever pilates and zumba classes today. They were SO much fun and I'll be getting up early every Wednesday to do them.

Food, check
Exercise, check

I plan on taking a 2 week maintenance (not gaining) break and then participating in another challenge or starting another if no one has one going. These really are quite motivating to just get it done and do what you have to (for once lol). No excuses type a thing..

I totally agree! My worst times are the weekends when the wine and eating out tempt the hell out of me...another one coming up with a party and a girls night out - but because i dont want to let everyone down i KNOW that i wont give in! Diet coke, no alcohol and NO junk food!!!

Btw - well done trops!! 10.5 mile in 90m mins??!! wow...
 
Awwww shit, does this mean I need to get my lazy ass to the gym? No excuses? Huh. Grrrr. I'm going out the door in a minute... I think.. Grrrrrr
 
hi everyone on team 1. I am a quiet participant, so sorry I haven't been on and chatted. Everyone looks like they are doing a great job with the challenge. I have a question about the spreadsheet...should ask Lovelyladyhumps, but figured I will just ask here first. I can scroll up and down but I am not seeing the left and right thingamajig to move it side to side so I can update my information. Is there something I am doing wrong? Never had this problem before...thanks for your help!

YO teamies!!

School started this week so Ive been MIA. Eats have been good... boarderline too low, but that's what happens. Exercise is spot on and I'm about to refill my water bottle. :)

I've been a bit down lately but hopefully that will change soon. I'm Looking forward to tomorrow... I have the day off and I'm getting my hair done... sooo needed....

Im currently on campus my next class is not till 4 so I'm going to finish up here get a bite to eat then possibly go for a run... but that would be stepping into the campus gym.... hmmmmm not sure if I have that kind of confidence.... but we will see.

Glad everyone has a fire under their ass!!! GOOOO TEAM!
