Hey Everyone congrats to those of you who have done well...

Im wondering if those of you who want to will share with me what your menu's are like...

I exercise my ass work - have a pretty damn physical job am always moving and just cant seem to really loose weight...

My eating isnt that bad either...
 
Here are the results for the end of week 2

Black Team: .57% loss!
Blue Team: .22% Loss
Red Team: .007% gain

Here is how the break down went:

1. Thekrinse- 1.57% loss this week/4.22% total

This week we will not lose anyone from this team congrats!! Tarrish and newbride still have another chance to check in!
 
Oh my gosh you guys, I'm so sorry I did not check in last night. I got off work at nine thirty, and realized I had a paper due by mid-night at ten. I freaked out and was typing away. I checked in in my other challenge, but I totally forgot to check in here. I'll make it up to you guys next week!!

Congrats on coming in first guys. I knew we could do it. I also lost a pound so I can join in on the cheering.
 
Great job losing a pound Tarrish!! I'm sure we all understand why you didn't post. Its understandable. Try to remember next week!

I'm on the go right now but when I have more time I'll post some examples of my meals or you can check out my journal if you like. I have each day laid out there. I know it can be frustrating when you workout so hard yet the scale just doesn't budge. Just don't give up!

I got off work so late tonight guys. I hardly had anything to eat so we all went to In and Out. I had a cheese sandwich. Now it's just sitting in my stomach, and I'm sooooo sore from work....I can't even move, let alone exercise. I'm feeling guilty for eatting that cheese sandwich now.

I always let my eatting habits go down the drain when I start working full time again. I know I should pack my lunch, but even when I do I end up eatting out. I think it's because I enjoy getting away from work for a while so I go out.

I have to get a handle on this because I do not want to gain weight this summer. That would be horrible!
 
Tarrish:
Maybe when you take a lunch break (assuming you get those) take your packed lunch somewhere else. Whether it be to your car, to the park, or if its rainy...just drive somewhere else to sit and eat. You shouldn't feel guilty about eating something like a cheese sandwich. It may not be the most dietetic thing in the world...but it has vitamins and lots of protein!
 
I agree with bmohearn - althought I can understnad the pressures of eating out and such when at work...or just in general - when faced with eating out I usually get a salad or somethign along those lines or the most healthiest I can choose from where i am...

I have a game plan this week - Im adding more protein and going back to eating breaky and doing my 6 mini meals/snacks a day...and see if that works...Im starting my day with a protein shake and going from there...
 
For me eating out at work is not even an option as I only get 30 minutes for lunch. By the time I would get the food I wouldn't even have time to eat it.
My biggest downfall is the stupid vending machines. If I have any money in my pocket I will spend it. Thankfully dh and I started a new budget called "Financial Peace University". The catch phrase for it is this. "Live today like no one else, so you can live tomorrow like no one else." The whole thing is to get out of debt and stay that way.
So my vending machine days are virtually over.
At least my new budget should help with my eating!!! LOL :smilielol5:
 
I haven't gotten in enough exercise this week, and it shows. My weight lose isn't moving in the negative direction very well. Luckily, my spin class is today. I'm going to spin it up at seven. Before the class I'm going to try to get some strength training in. If I eat right I can have a LARGE calorie drop today. It may make the difference in my morning weigh in.
