I feel like starting a conversation. So I have a question to ask all of you. How/When did you realize you wanted to do something about your weight/body/whatever.?? Did it go well right from the start??
I was walking down the mall one day, and realized it took energy out of me just to walk. My max weight was 217lbs. It just snapped one day that I wasn't eating like I used to. So from then on I decided to be careful. Seeing as I"m only 6 lbs less then that over the past year or more.... I obviously wasn't successful at first. I am still not completely successful now. I have lost the 6 pounds... over the past month. IT has been the only month that it came off... and is seeming to stay off. Even if it is just those few pounds. I went through periods of gaining, losing, not caring, crying, and went through them again. I think this time I am the most successful (or I will be the most successful) because I'm not denying myself anything. I am allowing myself everything in moderation, but choosing healthier options when possible. Also I've been exercising a lot more, and making it part of my lifestyle... my every day routine.
