Oh guys I'm so tired. I want to go to the gym tonight, but my mind is telling me SLEEP. I'm just goint to bare through it, and lay out my gym clothes. It's like baby steps. Lay out the clothes, put on some deorderant just in case it has worn off during the day, put on my clothes, grab some water, find my gym towel, put everything in my gym bag, and proceed to my car.
Tonight I'm going to try to get in two hours of exercise because I haven't been getting good times in lately. Well, not as much as I want. Since I'm going for so long I don't want to make the exercise as instence. I think I'm going to grab my english homework, and read it while I'm cycling. They have bikes that have seats on them, so it works out that way.
I hope our weigh ins turn out great this week. Wait, I mean, I know our weigh ins will turn out great this week!!
