Took the day off. I think things will be okay tomorrow for the 12. FF is doing a marathon this weekend, flood his journal with "good lucks"
 
12 miler with the running club today. Its so much fun to run with people now. Ran with 4 girls I know and are similar speeds. We toned it down today, they are doing CIM too. It was my all time low pace of 8:50 and I felt fantastic all 12.
 
Took yesterday off. I did something to my left knee during the 12 miler so I was "rehabilitating" yesterday :)

Today I swam and felt amazing 2100 yds. I'm soooo starving lately.
 
30 min upper body weights
45 min spin

I've been on a new revamped diet for the past week days and its going awesome. I'm eating close to 2000 cals and losing weight again. Crazy. I think I was eating around 1200 before not even knowing it. I've lost 2 pounds in the past week :) I've tried this before and had a hard time stuffing it all in. Who knows why but its easy this time. I'm hungry all the time.

Did a track workout with the running club tonight. Just 3x1600 just below marathon pace and a mile cool down. repeats were 8:22, 8:32, 8:30. We had trouble pacing as a group, we were shooting for 8:40 ;) Pace was so easy. Heartrate 1:28-135

oh the things i could do with one of the sentences from that last post...

congrats on the new diet. :) I got not 1 but 2 compliments today about losing weight. :) Its nice to notice results right?

Why would you do the 1600s at just under marathon pace? It seems that you would do those 1600s at a faster pace.

I think that's what she meant.

Marathon pace = 8:30

1600 meter pace = 8:15

8:15 is just under 8:30...depends on how you interpret it.:costumed3:

Yes we did them slightly faster. Thanks for the confidence Fire..but I won't be going 8:30's for the marathon :D

Oh yeah...6 mile easy run today. Gotta burn off the calories in the extra piece of pie I'm going to have tomorrow :)
