Hi Deflaters! It's Friday! YIPEE!

Hypo - sounds good to me. I weigh in on monday's as well anyway and I'm feeling pretty good about myself this week. I'm ready for a half time weigh in!

STD's LOL I initially started a post with the same phrase then I realized what it also stood for as you....LOL yes is doesn't sound very good.

I'm just checking in for the day. I've been really trying to get here more often than once a day. I see you guys posting so much it's hard for me to keep up. I will try to get here a little more often than I have been.

I had a good day yesterday. I'm dying to step on the scale. Oh Monday can't come soon enough!

Hi, Deflaters! Happy Friday! Just checking in in case I don't get a chance to over the weekend. Looks like everyone is doing awesome! I did lots better myself yesterday, so I'm feeling strong again. :D Our team rocks!!!

HH - I usually weigh in on Mondays, too, so a mid-challenge weigh-in is fine with me.

Gothika - CONGRATULATIONS on passing up all the cake!! Isn't it such a sense of accomplishment when you can do that? You go girl!

Gotta run because I'm really busy at work right now. Here's hoping that everyone has a tremendous weekend and that we've lost tons this week!
 
Hi guys..personal problems/computer issues/life issues has kept me from the computer..but, here I am if I am still allowed. Hopefully you won't hold it against me..since it wasn't really my fault!

I'm weighing in at 147 today. I know I am part of this challenge group because I got a PM from valapalooza.

I don't think it will be a problem to add you in since you were supposed to be here anyway. I think the weight loss is calculated in percentage as opposed to total pounds lost so the number of members won't effect the final outcome. PM Hypo Hippo and I'm sure she will straighten everything out. She's the Group Guru!

i wana lose weight , but my weight jux stops and cant go lower... i recently hav e prob of stuffin myself wif e food... jus craps... could nt resist e temp.. help... any diets to share?
 
Hey everyone! I'm not sure what to do here. Everyone who reads this is welcome to voice your thoughts. Sarah has PMd me, and I replied saying that it may be best for her to wait to do the next one since we are almost half way through. I'm concerned it wouldn't be fair to the other groups. But at the same time, I don't want Sarah to feel she is being left out. :( If you don't want to post your opinion here, you can PM me.

hi, think i made a mistake.. i tot 76 kg is 176lbs... is actually 167lbs... first time has lose ard 3 lbs... is 164.25 lbs... second time has lost ard 1 lbs... is 163.155lbs... apologies for e blur mistakes... coz i dun count in lbs usually.. pls update...

Are you following any kind of program like weight watchers, body for life, Atkins, or are you just plain calorie counting? I would recommend something to follow at leat to get you started if you aren't already. I really find that the weight watchers program is the most effective but it can get a little expensive. But it works the best for me.

I struggle with my weight too and I have for years so it's kinda just a matter of taking the leap and deciding to make the change. You are here so you have at least started. Which is great!

We are here to help so anything you need to get you through is pretty much here aside from diet pills, vitamins or surgeries of course.
 
Hello Team, I hope everyone had a great week and enjoying the weekend. I did good this past week. I exercised every day except today (rest day). I had to come in to work today :( , which sucks. I wish I was in bed resting.

I'm weighing in at 144.5lb today so that's 1.5lb in total. I know it's probably still yesterday over the pond but it's 5.30am here and I'm away early so please accept my early weight in.

Crunchie congrats on 1.5lb loss. I know you must have been on your computer early.....is your weight 154.5 0r 144.5?
