Weight-Loss Spare Tire Deflaters

Weight-Loss
I'm just dropping in quickly to say I have a friend staying until Sunday now so if I can't post until then I'm sorry! :( I'll try and sneak on at some point before then though but I'm 1/2 a pound lighter again!

Hey girls- I just wanted to let you know not to expect too much from me this weigh-in. I seem to be on this pattern where the scale doesn't move at all from one Monday to the next, and then it jumps quite a bit the next week. I think it's safe to say that my last weigh-in was the big jump, and from the look of the scale this week... it ain't moving anywhere! I'm going to try to gear up this weekend and do as much as I can to make it move- but I don't want to make any promises!

I hope you all are having better luck than I am this week!

Good luck team

Val~ same for me. The scale is not moving for me as well. Is that time for me this week, so I've been feeling bloated. I have been working out everyday though.

Since I am doing weights I think I am building muscle mass. My pants do feel looser, so I hope it is that. :)

Good luck to everyone this Monday. I can't believe how fast these two weeks went by.

So I had thought about taking the day off as far as working out goes- but then I realized it is the last day of the challenge! Looks like I'll be sweating through another session of Turbo Jam today!

Hello! Hello! Hello! Hi guys! Well from the look of your posts I think we might all be in the same boat here. I'm thinking I'm not going to see much of a change on the scale either. But we have until tomorrow. So in the mean time drink lots of water, exercise and enjoy the rest of your evening. Tomorrow after is the beginning of a new week!

Same here. I was going to take the day off but decided to work out instead. My weight is not going to change much because I've been lifting weights. It is going to take some time before there is a significant difference on the scale. I am not too worry about loosing much weight right now because I am focusing on building the muscle first. Then the muscle will attack the fat.
I've got all this information from a Health Book on weight training and a post on this forum. It is definitely true because even thought I have not seen much difference on the scale, my clothes is fitting looser.

Good luck to everyone tomorrow morning.:D

I love that phrase! It kinda gives me a visual! You have such a positive attitude about your weigh loss journey!

Ok I stepped on the scale today and there is no change sadly! I was sure that there was going to be but I'm thinking that I haven't adjusted my ww points to my weaning process, plus my TOM is on it's way and I snacked a little more than I should have during my camping trip! Oh so many excuses. I will continue what I have been doing and keep on exercising and keep my ww points to 30.

So sorry but my starting weight at the beginning of this week was 268 and I'm afraid it is unchanged. Sorry guys!

HH: are we starting up a new challenge? I still need it!

Well I hope the rest of you did better than me but if not I'm sure we can do better in the next challenge!

Starting Weight = 141.0
Ending Weight = 141.0
Total Loss = 0 :( Just as I expected. At least I did not gained.

Good luck to the rest of you.

Morning, Team! Sorry to say I've failed you all. My TOM started this morning, and I'm up 2.5 pounds for an ending weight of 274. All my good work last week went down the drain today! I was so bloated over the weekend that if someone had poked me with a pin, I would have burst. I agree that we need another contest ... maybe alittle longer this time for those of us who gain lots when it's that time of the month. I'm in again if we do another challenge! I need it desperately! Hope everyone else did better than me.

Hey guys, Ya'll did great. All the working out you have been doing Val and Gothika---I'm sure it is all muscle. Dgillygal...you did not fail. You worked really hard. Weight just ebs and flows---just bad timing. Thanks for a great challenge.

Hello all sorry for my absence recently, I have stayed at 144 (so that's 2lbs over the two weeks) despite a weekend full of Swiss chocolate!:(

I agreed with you Dgillygal. We need a longer challenge. It is that time of the month for me too, so I feel bloated.

Congratulations team! :D :D :D :D :D
