Weight-Loss Spare Tire Deflaters

Weight-Loss
Yay! We have a full team now! Welcome jennifuffa and dgillygal :)

(Psst... It's looking like my weigh-in yesterday was severely affected by excess water weight... if so, we're already dropping pounds here!)

Gothika, how long have you been working out 6 days a week? And how long do you work out for each of those days. I've been working out every other day, but I decided to step it up for the challenge and switch to every day as well.

Hi Valapalooza, I’ve been working out 6 days a week for about 3-4 weeks now. On some days I manage to squeeze in 2 miles of brisk walking during lunch time at work and then work out again when I get home.

GOOD MORNING, TEAM! LET'S KICK BUTT! :D

I hope everyone had a good yesterday. I'm very glad to be a part of the Spare Tire Deflaters! As Hypo has already told you, I weighed in yesterday morning at 273 pounds. I'm ready to deflate some of this tire that I've been rolling in for many, many years now! I'm just going to stick with my usual plan ... it seems to be working for me. That includes:

Walking 1.5-2.0 miles per day, 5-6 days per week.
Weight exercises every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Keeping to my allotted 28-33 Weight Watcher points per day.
Weigh-in on Monday mornings.

I'm ready to lose some weight! GO TEAM, GO TEAM, GO TEAM!

Hi ladies!

Well I do have a spare tire and I'm looking forward to deflating it. I have not been doing so well lately but I promis I will not be a deficit to the group. My plan to succeed is as follows.

Food Intake: 1700 - 1800 calorie range (until breastfeeding is done)

Exercise: Aerobic work out 45 min 3 times per week
Walking 3 hours per week
Strength training 3 times per week

Water: 4, 16 ounce bottles of water! Which equals 64 ounces each day

Mind Set: I just have to do it. If I want to lose the weight I have to do the work to get there. I need support but I'm the only one who can do the work. It would be nice if someone could lose the weigh for me but only I can.

Here is to us and our success! I wish the others all the success but lets be the first to win! Did I mention that I'm very competitive?

CW: 270 ( I dont' change my ticker if I gain. It makes me feel bad.)

Looks like you got some roadside assistance and got your tires changed! Shhhhh....what's that I hear? Pssssssssss....I think that is the sound of tires deflating.

Your corny post of the day was brought to you by Pineola

Actually it was probably down to the fact I'd drank loads of water today and did not get to the wee lassies room on time.

Nauty, naughty, are you taunting us?

What wonderful support from the ladies who are not in our group. Thank you, thank you.

Anyway I got all of my water in today, I feel like I might have lost one lb already but I'm not using the scale and I'm dying to step on it but all the sweeter it will be on Monday!

My mind set is still positive. This group challenge is such a great idea.

Good morning, fellow team members! Are you ready to lose some serious weight today? :D

I stayed on plan yesterday despite finally having to make a trip to the grocery store. I armed myself with my list and stuck to it except for the container of Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches that I bought. I had forgotten how perfect they are for those times when you need just a bit of ice cream, and they are only 2 points on Weight Watchers! So I'm feeling strong today, baby!

Let's go team! We can do it!! Everyone have a terrific day!

Hello! I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. I am ready for a new day. I did good yesterday but had no energy. I think is the heat. It is really hot and humid over here. I've been feeling light headed all morning. I hope I feel better later for the workout.

Have a great day.
