It felt awesome to step on the scale and see 232 today. I weighed twice today to make sure. Once this morning before work and other after I finished mowing the lawn before dinner. I'm not going to lie I cheated tonight for dinner. I was craving carbs. But I'll just hit the gym for an hour tomorrow during the day and go skating for three hours tomorrow night to make up for it. I ate healthy the rest of the day and I'm going for a walk tonight.


GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !! Lets make this next ten days be great!!

only 1.6 this week ouch! overall it was a stressful week for me from my sister moving in and also today being the two month anniversary of my fiance passing away :'(

anyway so not a very good week i did struggle but i am glad it was a loss and not a gain and this week im ready to work that much harder to get to my first goal which is 196 ...
 
Decided not to weigh-in this week as I've been sick all the week and haven't been to the gym.

my whole target is 3 for the month.
 
Athanks broadchest, the pounds come off fast at this weight, but I know the lower I get, the slower I will lose the remaining weight. for me 1kg a week is great, anything above that is a bonus.

I was hoping to hit 229 this month but it didn't happen. Could be from the one day I cheated and ate a medium pizza, or because I started exercising a week ago. Oh well, a 7lb loss is pretty good. Here's to next month!

Hi Koolaidmouth. today is the day, is not it?

know what i tried to get some extra mile out of the last two day.

but it was more of a anti-climax, sudden workload in office, and my sore arm putting my weight on higher side.

@ broadchest lol yes i tried getting that extra couple of miles in yesterday for today ... i feel very proud of myself for pushing through everything going on in my life! :)

Sept 2011 only gave a 2 pound loss from Aug 2011. I was avaraging 8 pounds a month prior.

My body was going through changes though.

Have lost more though. Off to Oct 2001 to see what scale will say.


From 118 kg in Jan 2011 to 95 kg as Sept 2011 weigh in, and still losing weight!


23 kg loss/ over 50 pound loss!!!
