Sept 4 - 121.7 kg (268.3 lbs) wasn't able to workout sense last Monday, so not gaining anything is a good accomplishment.

planning to loose 3 KG this month. thats someone said 7700 * 3= 23100 / 30 = 770 calorie deficit per day... sweating already :D

Always exciting and interesting to see what the scale reveals. I only weigh in officially once a month. One reason being, I do not have a scale here at home I trust. Wanting to get digital one instead of analog.

I always weigh in on the same scale when I see dietician, so I trust it.

My goals this month is 8 pounds.....have to kick it in gear to be at my mini goal of Nov 3 of 170 pounds...aka 50 pounds lost!!!

sept 15 ....181.0 ( hurt knee....ate so bad....didn't exercise... basically I sucked this week!!)
sept 22 ....181.0 (ugh....worked out 4 days ....ate great and got a big fat Zero!!!)
sept 29 ....178.8 ( 2.2lbs is a good week.....I am happy!!! :) )

Total loss = 6.2 lbs

Pretty happy seeing that this after weighting myself before eating this morning. Althought i was 110,4 a couple day ago, at least i'm slowly keeping to go down.

Weigh in on Sept 6, 2011 was 209.8 (95 kg)

I have built alot of muscle though. This may have been reason scale showed only 2 pound loss. I will take it !!!

It is still 2 pounds off my body and I am feeling stronger from exercise and sleep better.

It is evident my body fat has decreased!

A good start for this month but hope to pick things up in the coming weeks.
 
AThis is going to be my first challenge , so I'm super excited. I'm sick right now so i have been eating nothing but fruits. I had a fruit smoothy this morning and a bowl of fruit for lunch. We are suppose to have some bbq chicken and baked taters for dinner. If I'm feeling up to it I will eat. My weigh in are on Saturdays. I'm aiming to lose at least 4 pounds this month. That is 1 pound a week. Wish me luck.
