well i am following a pretty strict diet no more than 1200 calories each day i've been working out to jillians 30 day shred ... following a couch to 5k routine and i have an ifit workout for my tread mill that i use i have been working out for 6 out of the 7 days ... i hope the momentum keeps up my goal is like i said before 2 to 3 pounds a week at the very minimum ... :blush5:

Pretty happy to see 210,0 pounds today, i forgot to weight myself in the morning too so i might be actualy near 209,o lbs. Same plan for next week, control what i'm eating, hiting the gym 5days, cardio and weight routine on every time.

I've been meaning to sign in for a three days and post that. But kept for getting. hopes its not to late. I was making more progress when I was doing these.

Goal for this month is to lose ten lbs.

Finally reached my first milestone and got under 120kg, I may not reach 115kg by the end of the month, but at least I am still getting a loss every week.

Sept 17=211.5 (wow, I'm surprised I lost something. Been on steroids all week from my doctor.)

Went to the hospital last week for an asthma attack. Was put on steroids for a week. They made me so hungry. I'm really stoked that I lost something.

Congrats on loosing. I was a patient myself couple of years before.

Its always been like being strangled while i am on attack.
