its almost september so lets get out ever decreasing butts moving for the September challenge:)

My goal is to lose 7lbs to read 200lbs (yay)

Hormones doing a number on me over a week and a half now. Also building muscle, so will be interesting to see weigh-in result.

Even with the "belly bloat", I have learned not to get so discouraged because I know what it is.

If I see other parts of my body slimming down, the weight loss is happening. The "belly bloat" is just covering it for the time being.



Since March 31, 2011 to August 16, 2011:

Lost approximately 42 pounds (with Registered Dietician's help)


Since Jan 2011, over 49 pounds gone !!!

AAugust I wanted to lose 10, I lost 8 because I cheated so much. I know now that I could be doing even better if I just stopped cheating on the things that I do. almost 2 months without any soda though, pretty pumped for that considering of how much a soda junkie I used to be (2L + a day)

This is my first challenge and I am very excited to join all you go getters!

I have a regular appointment with the dietitian on Sundays so that will be my weigh - in day.


Start Weight: 104.2 kg (229.7 pounds) (August 28th)

Sept 4th:104 kg (229.2 pounds) measly!
 
AAugust complete with a 2.2lb loss!!!

Sep 5 - 156.8. I HATE HOW THE SCALE FLUCTUATES!!
Sep 12 - 157 - I was very swollen this morning... I weighed 153 last week Wednesday!!! It's so ridiculous that I smile at the numbers now :)

That is so disappointing! But oh well.. I'm pretty stable here, I've been super busy excuses excuses... the real reasoning is probably that I'm getting burned out. I find myself taking slightly larger portions and exercising less, plus working more... it always happens at night, because I take a preportioned amount with me to work and that's all I get, but then I get home and it's like, "Don't mind if I do!" ... duh!! Of course I will stay the same/gain a little. I will work at it. No one is perfect. All I can do is keep trying.

That is very encouraging to hear! Soda is my biggest vice...I love love love Dr. Pepper, and I can drink it all day without even a sip of water. I am trying to focus on cutting it out, which has been very difficult. It is nice to hear that you had the same problem as me and you have made it 2 months! Have you noticed it making a difference?

AHello people :)

After only losing one point three pounds last month, now is the time to sort myself out. I am going to have a respectable weight loss this month, end of. I will eat fabulously and join the gym. I want to make a huge effort for the next 30 days and lose 9 pounds, which will mean I fit perfectly into all the size 12 winter clothes I've just bought myself. Not doing it isn't an option.

31st August- 12 stone 5.3 aka 173............... BMI 25.5
7th September- 12 stone 1 aka 169 :hurray:........BMI 25.0
14th September- 11 stone 13 aka 167............BMI 24.7
21st September- 11 stone 10.5 aka 165.5......BMI 24.3

Total so far- 9 pounds :party: So anything next week will top my target. Wooohooooo!
 
hi all... I will do Friday morning weigh ins. My goal is to lose 8lbs this month. It's a pretty hopeful goal and I will really have to challenge myself to meet it......
