Rebel's Diary

Do you like papaya? Vague memories from my Weight Watchers time say it´s very low in sugar and generally really healthy. I can´t stand the taste but many people love it to bits and it might go well in that smoothie.

I find the tatse ...odd. Its one of those things i dont mind the taste as long as i dont eat it constantly. Think im more of a mango person when it comes to tropical fruit :)

Today was one of those day where your not quite sure of the calories. Breakfast was a hummus wrap. Lunch one plate at the mexican buffet. Dinner was beef roast with new potatoes and carrots and a small amount of mashed potatoes on the side.
Cals somewhere in the 1900-2500 calorie range. So not the best day but not the worst either.

Yeah, not bad for a bad day at all. I think if most people's bad days were 2000 calories or less, there'd be a lot less obesity.

I had several friends come into town this week and man they like to eat out. I haven't gone over my calorie limit as far as i can tell but they have been much higher than i like. I guess food from restaurants i just dont like because you pretty much guess about the calories.
Well thats all over and done with so back to me being in charge of meals.
To the calorie police and u know who u r ;)
Get ready for a hissy. Well at least for the next few days. My food as of late has been heavy so craving something more responsable.

Or... maybe you just get back to eating as responsibly as you can and be proud of not overdoing it while you had visitors? Look at the past few days as a refeed, something to reassure your body all is well and you´re taking care of it.

I do that too. It's really easy to beat ourselves up when we feel like we haven't made good choices. Only thing you can do is move on and accept that food mistakes are a thing that's going to happen sometimes.

Ok... here comes the calorie police: I´m not even that shocked by the calories (although they are so low it might harm your body) because I´m getting used to seeing them. You even managed to spread your calories over the day pretty evenly, I like that. BUT... Where are the micronutrients, dude? Four units of food and the only plant is a jalapeno? Possibly not even fresh?

My cals have been on the high end for several days so maybe thats why im just not that hungry today.
The piccate had some stuff in it that were once veggies. Capers and artichoke though not in an amout that would matter.
So yes your totally right.

Bad bipolar moment. Sometimes i really miss the meds. I have no desire to cook. Today the microwave has been my friend. Eggs in the microwave ehh different..
