Rebel's Diary

@IAmGoingToTri
why do you list just your BMR, and not calories burned during activities?
I haven't gotten to the point where im getting any ecercise to speak of. When i stand up sometime every thing gets kinda wonky and i get dizzy. Some form of hypertension where your blood pressure drops when upright.
The little exercise i get isnt really enough to mention.
Ah ok, I understand. Than you definitely have something to look forward to, I mean as your weight continues to drop you will get your freedom to move back again!

I was once 106 kg, which to me was already quite tough, and after getting in the mid nineties again (and then lower) made already a huge difference. Hard to describe. And it just keeps getting better.

It will keep getting better. Losing 4lbs a week is still very good Rebel.

Breakfast- oatmeal with raisins and peanut butter, glass of almond milk. (539 calories)

Lunch- 2 burger king fish sandwiches. (1150 calories)

Dinner- protein shake. (237 calories)

BMR= 2877
Cals= 1936
Total -941

Doing the sit-down work-outs someone posted a while back will probably help you get on top of those blood pressure wonks sooner. Burger King fish sandwiches sound really gross, gotta go Google them. O, that actually doesn´t look too bad, except that I find the stuff fast food chains call brioche an abomination. Hope you enjoyed them :)

They were really good. Fish lettuce tomato tarter sauce and the bread was really good; probably because i don't eat it that often.

Lunch- panda express lo mein with chicken and veggies, spring roll. (1300 calories)

Dinner- movie theater popcorn with butter. (200 calories)

Had dinner for breakfast this morning. Chicken and dumplings just sounded better than eggs. I tried to eat more chicken than the dumplings but a few managed to sneak their way into my bowl ;)

You know, I don't think it matters what you eat when. To be honest, I'd probably eat chicken and dumplings any time I can get them. Been meaning to make a big ol' pot of it, but I can't trust myself.

I know the feeling ;)
