Sorry to hear it. I know the feeling.
"Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars. You have a right to be here."
Hope I didn't mess up the quote, too braindead to google. 's from the Desiderata.

Weigh in day
Weight 433 so i lost 4 more pounds in the last 2 weeks. Since i started eating more carbs my weight loss has slowed. Might cut them back or might just keep it the same for awhile.

It is normal for your weight loss to slow after having been on a diet for a while. Especially if your calories are so low that your body goes into distress mode and cuts off all unnecessary systems. But a kilo a week is still a LOT!

Good to see you are still moving forward. Just wondering: why do you list just your BMR, and not calories burned during activities? I am sure that you burn at least a few hundred calories more than your BMR.

Just curious! ;)

Anyways, awesome to see that you are still able to maintain your progress when you feel bad. That really shows that you are a strong person, and that you are bound to be successful! Being successful when it's easy is almost meaningless, but when it's hard it's when you are really tested.

I haven't gotten to the point where im getting any ecercise to speak of. When i stand up sometime every thing gets kinda wonky and i get dizzy. Some form of hypertension where your blood pressure drops when upright.
The little exercise i get isnt really enough to mention.
