Yea i found tons of recipesAbout tofu: it needs a bit of a crust. It's spongy stuff (which means it takes on marinades very well) and I really don't like the texture if it hasn't been cut relatively thinly and fried off a bit. Although tossed in corn starch and deep fried somewhat bigger chunks work well with a dip. Bottom line: check Youtube for recipes instead of treating it like meat and expecting the same effect.
