realworksuks vs [Focus] - "LIKE DONKEY KONG, SON!"

Yesterday I did my cardio circuit training thingy...

bench press, leg press, t bar rows, good mornings

Military press, pullups, ummm.... and something else I can't remember

side and rear delts, shrugs, abs

THEN, I did HIIT for the first time in a long time.. I didn't feel like spending a full hour on the treadmill cuz I had things to do, so I just did a really intense 20 minute session... Also, I carbed up on Sunday, so I wanted to get rid of some of that glycogen.

This is me declaring WAR on BB Flat Bench. :boxing_smiley: I'm sick of your ****. Everything else is rocketing up and you're making "okay" gains, with occasional backsliding. Pissing me off. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

That's what I call the "Rock-On" spirit! YEA!......bend steel with the mind!

Got that?

(by Chillen)

I could have put a diaper on and whimper to mommy--but what does this do? --Focus

The fat is still clinging to my old ass as before--while I am crying like a little baby. If I quit.....it will still be there, but this time, its laughing at my "defeated @ss". This is unacceptable, to Focus. Got that?

I wear the balls around here.....my body swings them and I use them.....Got that?

I do not allow my fitness activities to "swing me by the balls" and hang me by a tree upside down----Focus.

The greatest competition of all time is within yourself. Either one wins it. Or the go the f@ck home....Got that?

I dont compare myself to someone else. They are not me. I am unique (as we all are from one another)--Focus.

I am going to become "The greatest" (Muhammad Ali), master my "internal competition", and become the champion. Got that?

I will defy the odds, and "shock the world" (Muhammad Ali). I am supremely confident, have the internal talent, have the heart, and will apply the "rope-a-dope" (Muhammad Ali) and wear the crap out of any resistence. Got that?

I will make a winner out of me. I may get knocked down, but I have a chin like granite, and continue to fight...Got that?

I can and will take a punch, because I expect it to come. I know my enemy and draw it close to me. I Know it well. I will be able to win the battle knowing my enemy, I learn its strengths and weaknesses, and then you knock it the f@ck out! Got that?

There is no 10 count, its friggen knock out cold, flat on its back. Who is laughing now...biaaaaaatch?! Got that?!

Are you going to "Muhammad Ali" the crap out of your goal?

Do you get that?

====================================================================================================

It is "far superior to prepare yourself" mentally as much as you possibly can, before you go. Stress yourself "appropriately" in training preparation.

To win is being prepared.

Winners prepare themselves.

There is no questioning it.

Get to work!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr.....................>:SaiyanSmilie_anim:

I bursted into flames by just reading that Chillen.

Now I will go bench my car x 20 and not even feel a burn in my pecs.

....runs off to his Hummer.

Focus could lift that with his left nut.

And his right nut is even stronger.....

Best wishes

He's right. It's at least twice as big.

Also, everybody calm down, I'm doing great, just distracted by someone. ;)

And remember, they're trying to impress you for the first few weeks so are likely to be open to a whole lot more than usual so now's the time to ask

Is it just me or do these people seem to think I am some sort of clown for their amusement. :boxing_smiley:

So I have this problem where I want to train all day every day, and it's making me twitchy.

Occurred to me that doesn't matter how long I can manage bar holds for - timing's not worth the effort.

Whole routine took about 50 minutes. Getting pretty time efficient.

Run's focus was on style. Gliding like a swan, nose-breathing. Time didn't change significantly, it just felt much more fluid - and easier. Legs are all back to normal now.

Yesterday I went and gashed my hand open at work while trying to cut cauliflower off the stem! The knife slipped while I was curving around the stem and it slammed into my hand making a huge gouge, I saw tendons and white things (which might have been specks of cauliflower) It was bleeding all over but a lady helped me out by finding alcohol wipes, ointment and band aids. I went and got 5 stitches after work was over ! No medical insurance either so it's coming outta my pocket.... blah!

It really seems like there is some force that wants to keep me outta the gym... !

I guess I can still do leg press, calf raises, abs, and hamstring curls... upper body will get a break for a week or so it seems... oh well, hmph.

I might go mess around in the gym tonight, I took last night off tho.. just do what I can, I'll see if I am up to it........................ I prolly won't go unless my friend or brother convinces me.

Lyrical stylin' my flow, yo. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

Body wanted to lay down and die less than halfway through. Mind said no surrender.

Mind > body.

Got some words on modifications for the next couple weeks, but later.
