Take some pics, ya losers. :D

Nice squirrel story, I also wish to befriend a squirrel soon. I remember seeing a squirrel up at Ohio State U once when my friend and I visited a mutual friend...he had the biggest nuts on any animal I've ever seen, proportionally speaking. It was amazing. The size of his head, or double even.

Oh and RWS, you was asking how much i can military press. I havent done BB Military press for a while now actually.

But a few months ago i was doing 132lbs in 3's and that was half way through the workout. I reckon 6x132 would be achievable. I will try soon enough.

you are trying to be like Minsc in Baldur's Gate by befriending critters like squirrels... aren't ya?

Give a man a fish and he feeds himself for a day, give a man a sword and he can chow down on the meaty marrow of evil!

What's this? A den of stinking evil? Cover your nose Boo. We will leave NO CREVICE UNTOUCHED!! Feel the burning stare of my HAMSTER and change your ways! Make way, villainy! Hero, coming through!

Boo points, I punch - it's a very simple relationship, but it is effective... Ah, we are all heroes - You and Boo and I... Hamsters and rangers everywhere REJOICE!!! :luxlove:

Thanks for proving his point, Tom. Very generous of you. :p

Here's what I ate yesterday for people wondering:

Has been and will continue to be like this most of this week. I figured eating whatever the heck I wanted (as long as it's clean) would come out to more like 3500. Think the problem is how little I can comfortably get down in one sitting after all that dieting.

Jeez, your body is switching into sugar burning mode again.

Guess what..!? I am actually eating slightly less than you now!

Seriously now, I compared some pictures of myself from two months of cutting.. and they look almost exactly the same. I am very disappointed in the results I have been getting. But I learned some stuff.

1. My maintance is less than I expected and calories burned during certain exercise is less than I thought.

2. Big "eat whatever you want" cheat days completely screw you over. They take away a few days worth of defecits... not worth it, for carb/calorie up days, just go 500 above maintance.

3. Damnit, I have to eat about 2200 calories and exercise like hell to see any results... cutting is not easy at all.

I hope to make more progress in the next two weeks than I have made in the last two months.

Yesterday I went for an hour long intense bike ride and ate 2100 calories.. yep, cutting sucks ass

Yeah, I don't know what the deal is, but in my case, it has been consistently true that my metabolism is roughly twice as efficient as it "should" be. I'm gonna take some pics in a bit here - but as of this morning, I gained 1 lb on 4 weeks of the velocity diet.

Gained 1 lb. At 1600 kcals/day, expending what was supposedly 3800/day (those are both averages for the whole period). Riiiiight.

But I am much stronger, faster, better blah blah blah, and supposedly my body fat is considerably lower. We shall see.

Cutting really does suck. I am having so much fun this week, what with not being hungry all the damn time. :p Can't wait to see if my rep bench has finally stopped going down.. if not, I'm gonna switch to incline or decline.

Anyway, just man up for a few weeks and you'll be aight, haha. I really hope to get good news from my bf assessment in a couple weeks, here. If I'm not at least under 15%, I will be devastated, as cutting down to 10% before bulking will be such a bitch. THE DRUGS THEY DO NOTHINK.

whoa whoa... you gained a freaking pound after the V diet?? I thought you had lost like 20? I must be misunderstanding something.

Was that on your second go of it or what's the deal?

I seemed to have lost 20lbs of fat, but after a few days of eating I suddenly gained back 15 lbs, haha. Now it's still entirely possible, but that would mean I put on a whole lot of mass. Which I do feel like I did... it's just hard to see. What used to be all squish is now half rock and half squish. We'll see if it shows in the pix - ETA 3 mins.

DW was right???

So I'm not seeing a hell of a lot of difference, but then - I never do. This is mid-July to current (mid-August). All 15 lbs "lost" returned within days of my starting to eat again. XD

Did my best to remove some fur, but it's hard without an assistant. (Teeheehee.)

I just link you to the album, save myself some work.

I swear by The Beard of Odin I did not cheat at all. Not sure what's up with that. Getting bf testing redone shortly, and we'll see what it has to say.
