Yeah, I don't know what the deal is, but in my case, it has been consistently true that my metabolism is roughly twice as efficient as it "should" be. I'm gonna take some pics in a bit here - but as of this morning, I gained 1 lb on 4 weeks of the velocity diet.
Gained 1 lb. At 1600 kcals/day, expending what was supposedly 3800/day (those are both averages for the whole period). Riiiiight.
But I am much stronger, faster, better blah blah blah, and supposedly my body fat is considerably lower. We shall see.
Cutting really does suck. I am having so much fun this week, what with not being hungry all the damn time.
Can't wait to see if my rep bench has finally stopped going down.. if not, I'm gonna switch to incline or decline.
Anyway, just man up for a few weeks and you'll be aight, haha.
I really hope to get good news from my bf assessment in a couple weeks, here. If I'm not at least under 15%, I will be devastated, as cutting down to 10% before bulking will be such a bitch. THE DRUGS THEY DO NOTHINK.
