I do love curry - so versatile! I am exhausted today. One of my young people was found with £5000 worth of heroin this morning, it's been a busy day. My heart goes out to him.. so hard to live that sort of life at such a young age. Over ate a little at lunch with snacky type stuff but it was mostly healthy and I feel prepared for a healthy dinner (and maybe a small glass of wine after 2 alcohol free days!). I wanted to go to Barre tonight but just feeling wiped.. Will be having a night on the sofa (or futon as our sofa STILL hasn't been delivered!) with Yank and an early night.

I have a driving lesson tomorrow and then several meetings back to back so little opportunity for snacking and then the soup kitchen in the evening so will be a busy, happier day I hope.

I know the exact feeling on the wallpaper business! I watched a video on how to do it and then got cold feet when I opened the first roll.

You've done really well snapping back into your routine exactly when you decided to. Shows all of the months of good habits are well ingrained.

Thanks guys - yesterday was better :) Went volunteering and cooked pie and mash and veggies and cake and custard for 40 people - by the time I got home all I could manage was frozen pizza!

Hey sunflower so glad yesterday was a better day for you! Looking at your steps you do a great amount of walking throughout the day. It is something I need to work on I get stuck sitting at my desk and forget to get up and move every while.

Thank you :) They were so gentle. Made me all tearful - they've all been badly abused. There was a little white once called Lucas. Look how sweet!

Yesterday was fine. We've had a leak in our bathroom which is a pain in the butt as its going to involve replacing the whole thing essentially but we are doing a £200 temp fix today to see us through whilst we save. Never mind. Could be worse :) Going to a showing of the Ocean Film Festival tonight at the theatre but am on day 3 of no shower (due to bathroom leak) and a bit fed up... hoping it'll be fixed by the afternoon so I can shower and feel more human.
