I managed to put on a pound and a half at Slimming World. I would laugh but, yeah, massive fail. Not beating myself up - start a new week!


28th Feb
Breakfast: Apple, sesame snaps (237)
Dinner: Slimming world calzone (folded wrap with pesto/basil/tomato sauce, mushrooms, small amount of cheese and spinach (569)
Snacks: 2 g&t's, packet of crisps, satsuma (344)

Total: 1150
 
Sounds yummy - but more of a burrito than a calzone, no? That pound and a half is just your run-up to amazingness.
 
Hey Cory, it's like weight watchers so you follow a diet and go to a class to be weighed. It's mostly just lots of veggies and occasional treats!

LaMa, I think it's more calzone like.. What do you think? Very yummy whatever it was! Can fill them with anything you want.

I've been a horrible piggy the last 24 hours. Starting the day right with beans on toast and herbal tea. We made a snowman last night at 1am - was lovely running round the garden acting like fools. I do love the snow, we get it so rarely by the sea. Will pop back later with all my HEALTHY food for the day!
 
It definitely looks like calzone. Which I never have because you end up eating mainly bread. This version sounds much better.

Right, clawed back some self-control yesterday despite spending much of the day playing Far Cry on the playstation.

Dinner: cous cous, green beans, broccoli, quorn chicken ad halloumi (741)

It's kind of like a second Christmas with the snow, I'm finding it hard not to eat everything in sight myself. I feel like tomorrow, it will all be so much easier.

I haven't played any of the far cry games and I think they are up to 5 or so. I might like far cry primal but haven't gotten around to it yet.
I'm stuck on GTA 5 right now.

Hey gorgeous people - I have been away for a very long time! Still check in our people's diaries like a lurking thing. Will be back to posting soon.

Dieting not an option at the moment and me and Yank are expecting a baby! I'm due in April so I'm already chunky and loving it. Not weighed myself at all and just letting nature do it's thing. A lovely feeling. Here I am in all my glory.

Will try and post her more often - am eating a lot of rubbish at the moment and need some accountability and I know this is the place to help me!

Congratulations! Always nice to hear from you but that's the best reason for weight gain :)
