Amazing pictures! What happened to your husband´s arm?

He broke it rollarblading, LaMa! He's very sore still, bless him.

Got a barre class again tonight - really looking forward to it. After my week and two weekends off plan I'm put on a few pounds and can feel it. Have had two days on plan now and my friend is making me Miso noodles tonight which will be healthy.

We had a lovely weekend at home with my parents - my grandparents gave us a big chunk of money which has completely changed our plans! We will be able to have the house how we want it and go on a few holidays which will be great. Looking to take my sister to Copenhagen before she goes travelling in January. Have also booked my driving lesson course so hoping to be driving by Christmas which will be great.

Ouch, those can be bad fractures. Hope he heals quickly. Yay on surprise money and the end of financial stress!

Enjoy the barre class and hope you get back on track. It's annoying when a good weekend causes a (temporary) halt in progress, but I'm sure you'll have a great week now and those few pounds will be gone in no time.

He did indeed, was hilarious. He's mostly healed now so is back on washing up duty.

Been away for a week - we had our first anniversary so went away to the New Forest for a night away which was awesome and then we went straight to Scotland for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - it's been a hectic few weeks! Weight has gone up to 12stone 4lbs so 4lbs heavier than I was a few weeks ago. We've gone veggie again after being inspired by an amazing restaurant we visited when we were away so calories have been low whilst I figure out where to get extra from! Back later with today's food. Supposed to go to Barre tonight but I'm still feeling wiped from our holiday.. we shall see!

Ohhh LaMa - it was gorgeous! It was called the Lucky Pig, which I thought was funny. We had a mac and cheese and I loved it so much that I asked for the recipe. Turns out there was no cheese in it at all other than some vegan alternative mixed with ground cashews and other lovely bits. Honestly, it tasted so cheesey! And we had baked halloumi in panko breadcrumbs with this amazing rocket salad with pine nuts and olives and with cashew cream dressing and it was all just lovely. Now I'm very hungry!

Food yesterday was good again, ended on 1500 calories and 13,000 steps. Today I've had quorn chicken with rice and a ton of veggies and some 10 calories jelly which was delish. Now off to the soup kitchen and then to my friends for dinner where I'm baking baked halloumi with cous cous. Have some low-calorie popcorn and a glass of wine to take too!

G & I had Halloumi & corn fritters with a scrumptious salad yesterday. It was SOO good!

Hi Hana,

Just dropping by to check on your diary and how you are doing. Sounds like you are doing fantastic. 4 lbs is no big deal - you will lose that in a hurry. Happy really belated anniversary!!

Hey gorgeous people (cowboy! we miss you!) - still sitting pretty at 12st 4. I've had lots of comments from people at work this week that I'm "wasting away" so having second thoughts about losing much more. Clearly not wasting away as have butt-chunk for dayyyyys but I appreciate the sentiment!
I think getting under 12 stone is my next goal but I'm in no rush and not actively dieting anymore.. just want to up my exercise and see what happens. I've found a lovely balance of enjoying life and having the body I want. My calories tend to be between 1200-2000 a day and I'm drinking only 2/3 nights a week now. I've come a really long way from the 16 stone I started at a few years ago and just need to be proud of myself and chill a bit I think. Here is me from our anniversary get-away - I think I look a normal size now (if rather pale!).

Just to remind you that we often don't see ourselves obejectively: I don't see butt-chunk for days. I do see an ivory beauty.
