This week did not go as planned. I've been sick most of the week and have been in bed for most of it. Needless to say my points this week are pretty much non existent. The good news us that I feel better today than I have so hopefully tomorrow I can start up again.
 
17/26, looking good! Sushi killed my cravings, man I love sushi. Took my poles for an 8km walk too.

With shame I come in here to write I haven't touched my yoga cd yet. But I am wonderful with WG1 the problem have kind of went away. It's a very successful challenge to me even my score is just 14/26 as of the 13th.

I´m feeling so confident today I´m going to write down my points although it isn´t even 3 pm yet. 19/28 today and I burned a ton of calories while swimming.
 
24/26 as of last night, but I ended up having a soda with lunch today. I feel fairly bloated, but it was good. My exercise yesterday wasn't as amazing as initially planned, but I had to drop my car at the garage and used the 20 minute walk home, along with some stretches and leaf-blowing, to be my daily exercise.
 
16/28 getting a Little better, finally did the 30 min yoga yesterday! Have lost 8.3 lbs total since 1st of Nov.
 
21/30 :) Had a really hard day on the sugar front yesterday but I managed to fight back the cravings. Estimated 800 kcal worth of exercise :p Off for a hike in 20 minutes, shops are closed today so I´m not too scared of the sugar demons. Might have a slice of home-made apple pie with a friend, which is allowed. Things are looking up again.
 
30/32 I didn't exercise Friday or Saturday. I didn't really achieve anything Saturday as I was wiped out and a bit lazy.

I've exercised, bathed the dogs, and cooked today. I've hit the cals the whole time and I'm getting lots of exercise. The weight is back up to 285 which is just silly, but I'm going back to more whole foods which will get things moving.
 
So, week 2 recap is not a good one. I got sick and ended up stuck in bed for a few days. I could count cuddling with the dogs as my hour with them, but I'm not going to as that wasn't what I meant when I started this challenge. I did get some exercise in this weekend, but it wasn't early so once again, no points. Tomorrow I try once again to get back into the routine. So happy you guys are doing so well with this. :)

No exercise on Saturday, so I dropped another point. My Sunday exercise was marginal (about an hour of leaf-blowing with a lot of leaf/branch kicking), but I'm counting it.

25/34! Rest day today so exercise is only a bit of core stability plus glutes but at least I´ve got it! Food was a lot easier today, in fact I had to add some chestnuts (and a couple of cornichons, I´m perverted like that) to get to minimum calories after my sushi feast.
 
26/36... Got the exercise point but chocolate wandered into my mouth. But feel strangely good about it, so I guess I´ll be good for at least a week now.
 
So far I've been doing good with my morning workout. I missed Monday's because either I forgot to set my alarm to get up or I shut it off and went back to sleep without remembering (I've done that before!). I'm feeling pretty good about my progress this week. I know I could do better, but I'm taking steps in the right direction. :)

34/38 - The soda drop has proven much easier than I thought. Exercise is a little tougher, but once I'm in the routine, it's a lot easier to keep rolling.
