One point for the day; ate the second half of that bar of chocolate. Got my exercise point, still happy with myself. 10/12 on day 6.
 
LittleJohn if it makes you feel any better, I didn't exercise today. Couldn't get my lazy butt out of bed. :(

I will weigh in today since it's my fortnight cheatday and weight loss probably won't show tomorrow. I am Down 2,6 kg aka 5.7 lbs since 1st of Nov.

Nooo poooints yesterday. Not one. I did work out but I didn´t focus on my glutes. And I had chocolate after dinner. So 10/14 after day 7.
 
Ran last night, ate 2,200 cals and weighed in at 282.4 this morning and passed the 50 pound lost for the year (50.8).

Good job working out LaMa points or no!
 
:) Thanks Quercus, I was actually quite happy with myself. Yesterday, however, I didn´t work out AND I ate candy :eek: So 10/16! But today is looking good, I´m well rested and craving the healthy stuff so I´m confident I´ll keep at 12/18.
 
Ouch, I think I'm 9/20 for points! Having a visitor destroyed my routine, I got out early last Wednesday for a run but then the next four days were all about spending time with my brother, who I hadn't seen in a year. Definitely could have been drinking early morning water while we chilled in our PJs on the couch, but I didn't. Back at it today, though!
 
Sorry for my lack if updates. I'm still having issyes wuth logging in on my laptop. It keeps thinking there are viruses and won't even let the page load. So frustrating! I'm hoping to figure out how to get this site approved in my antivirus program so I can log on. Doing all of this on my phone is so time consuming.

19/20 points for November. Missed my one day last week due to a need for rest. Saturday's exercise almost didn't count, since it was mainly walking around with my kids, but my feet were killing me that night, so I made the decision that it was at least a half-hour.

20/20 for me! -5.4 so far this month. I'll admit that my Saturday/Sunday activity points are kind of BS, but I need to reward the rest days too so I just make sure I'm productive in some way and call it good. Week 2 and the AM runs have gotten a tiny bit easier to do, but it's going to be below freezing this week which will be a real test.

Okay Mandy I want to start seeing those AM points again! You can do it!
 
Trust me Q i want to see them again too. I just need to get up and do it. My problem is all I can think about is getting back under the covers again. I need to slow down and just tackle one day at a time again. I will get it done tmorrow.

I am good for 10 wg1 and just 1 wg2 soo 11/20 (putting it down I HAVE MISSED YOGA NINE TIMES)... Aim at doing my yoga program to night and have plans about school, taking the girl to her annual visit to the school nurse's, grocery shopping and cleaning I will get a point for wg 1, probably. Thought about going swimming, but since yesterday was a bit awful, and my stomach is too, it might be wise to have a rest day with cardio and get re-energized by yoga.
 
Missed another exercise point last night - took my daughter out for sushi last night, and it was a frustrating backfire that ended in me eating all her California rolls in addition to my order. I came home tired, annoyed and stuffed, and dropped the ball by climbing into bed at 8pm and falling asleep in front of a book.

20 for 22 now.
 
I'm at 12/24 as of today! Drinking my morning water has been a much easier task to accomplish then actually waking up earlier, haha. I got up nice and early Monday and Tuesday but today I was just manning the snooze button.
 
15/24 today. Nothing on Monday, the exercise point on Tuesday and both today. Had a bigger lunch (~675 kcal), which seemed to work quite well. Going to pull myself together again.
