None lost this month (yet)! Oh dear...the problem is that I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now, unless I have to wear shorts or bathers. I have to get back into it to finish the job!

Any ideas about mixing it up so that I can lost the last 4 kg?

I've got my Masquerade Ball at the end of the month. I may not be able to reach my previous goal by then but I'm going to bust my ass trying!

The fluxuating begins again! I blame the stress of my last semester of school and looking for a job... but really I just eat too much and don't exercise enough!
19 October = 180 - well... its a loss so I'll accept that! Worked out a few times this week!
