I've got my Masquerade Ball at the end of the month. I may not be able to reach my previous goal by then but I'm going to bust my ass trying!

Start Weight = 158

05 October = 156 (-2.0)
12 October = 155 (-1.0) Two weeks to go. Lets see if I can dip into the 140's!
19 October = 154 (-1.0)
26 October = 153 (-1.0)

Start Weight on 01 October = 14st 4.2lbs i.e. 200.2 pounds
05 October = 14st 1.8lbs i.e. 197.8 pounds total loss 2.4 pounds
12 October = 14st 0.8lbs i.e. 196.8 pounds total loss 3.4 pounds
19 October = 13st 11.8lbs i.e. 193.8 pounds total loss 6.4 pounds
26 October = 13st 8.8lbs i.e. 190.8 pounds total lost 9.4 pounds

Finish Weight = 13st 6.2lbs i.e. 188.2 pounds
Total Lost in October = 12 pounds

Well I didn't lose 2 pounds in one of the weeks - but I am more than happy with my result over the full month.

08 October = 249.7 (-3.7 lbs)
15 October = 243.8 (-5.9 lbs)
22 October = 242.0 (-1.8 lbs)
29 October = 240.2 (-1.8 lbs)

Finish Weight = 236.9 lbs
Total Lost in October = 16.5 lbs (6.5% Body weight lost) :)

October was my first challenge and was a success. I hope that november will be as good as october!!

15 October = 162 (-2lbs. Let's keep it going!)
22 October = 161 (-1lb. A little disappointing because I had a good week but it's still a loss)
31 October = 160 (-1lb. Was hoping for more but that's ok)
