First day on the forum...first challenge... I assume we put start weight in on Oct 1st. Do we edit it when the first comes around to include it?

Thoughts: Doing really bad..I thought I was doing a little better at the very least...time to kick it into high gear. Late for this competition but IMO I didn't 'lose' for I see now that I need to make bigger changes. So in a way it is a victory...if I learn from it and take what I learn...still sucks though that I'm doing so poorly. My own fault though.
I'm in! I lost 11.8 pounds in the September challenge, and I'm looking forward to doing just as well this month! Only 4 more kg (8lbs) and I'm at goal weight!

Many of us weigh in on the same of of each week.
my weigh in day for example is on Saturdays. Therefore I put my last weight for Sept. as my beginning weight. The choice is totally yours.
Yes..we do edit when the dates arrive.

well how is day one for all you guys. My food has been right on track and I accomplished my mion exercise requirments so I am calling it a success so far

I'm off to a good start so far. My foods on track but i feel hungry all the time. Trying to stay under my calories, but i guess i need more filling foods.
